Stable Sara's pink, but lighter in body. Did they make it more like a summer sake than last year? As someone who doesn't like light summer sake, this is a disappointing change.
Still, the high prices are amazing. I recommend Sara at a very reasonable price.
It's not raw, but it's been a long time since I've had a Toyo Bijin.
I bought it because I heard it had a good reputation.
It is not fruity, but it is a great food sake.
It is not as popular as it once was, but I hope it will continue to do well.
Distilled in April, 1991.
A sake that feels like it has nothing to do with the current fad or whatever. It is full of flavor.
I want to sit down and drink it.
Maybe this is what traditional umami means.
I want to see how it changes after the bottle is opened (I regret drinking it all up).
I bought this bottle without any expectations.
The label gave the impression that it was not to my taste, but I bought it, thinking that it would be a good idea not to drink it.
It was definitely not in the direction of my taste.
However, I think it is quite high quality sake.
It would probably rank high as a food sake.
I was caught by the cute name and bought it.
It's a champagne-like wine with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
To say the least, it is delicious!
You can make champagne with rice.
It would be great to drink it with a cute girl!
The last bottle of the drinking contest. This is the first one with this label.
The pineapple aroma is as expected.
However, I felt that a ginjo was enough for the Hana-yoso.
Comparison of Hana-yosu. We started with Daiginjo. The aroma of pineapple is amazing.
It is just like Hanaoyokyu. The aftertaste is lighter than expected and has a sharpness.
It is still very good.
First Zenkichi. I thought it was a cuddly position, but this is good.
It's not the type I'm looking for, but it's good.
It is good because it does not follow a strange trend. It is the kind of sake that has become one and only before you know it.
The minerality and sweetness make you drink it, but it is also spicy and not sticky. This is pretty good as a food sake.
Who wouldn't like it? It's a sake that will make everyone smile.
This is my first brand, but I was a little curious to buy it because of the variety of sake they offer.
The level of quality around here is very high, so it's going to be tough to keep up. It has no personality.
