Aruzoe Honjozo Nama.
The aroma spreads out in a flash, and the clean aftertaste reminds one of limpid river water. It is as described in the description!
It is an excellent dining sake, including the price.
I drank it with high expectations, but hmmm.
I used to enjoy Nabeshima, but I have been disappointed in the past few years.
It doesn't keep up with modern tastes, but it also doesn't have the power of royal umami.
It's a shame!
Dewa Sanzan is hard to buy because it is always available.
I haven't had it for more than 10 years...
I haven't had it in a while, and it's delicious. I never get tired of drinking this Jyushiyo.
It tastes so good at this price. I realized that it is a pioneer after all.
Akita brewery in the embracing region.
The expectations were high for a daiginjo made with No. 6 yeast.
It is a refreshing and light wine, just like the label says.
Daiginjo with this is tough 😰.
Stable Sara's pink, but lighter in body. Did they make it more like a summer sake than last year? As someone who doesn't like light summer sake, this is a disappointing change.
Still, the high prices are amazing. I recommend Sara at a very reasonable price.
It's not raw, but it's been a long time since I've had a Toyo Bijin.
I bought it because I heard it had a good reputation.
It is not fruity, but it is a great food sake.
It is not as popular as it once was, but I hope it will continue to do well.
Distilled in April, 1991.
A sake that feels like it has nothing to do with the current fad or whatever. It is full of flavor.
I want to sit down and drink it.
Maybe this is what traditional umami means.
I want to see how it changes after the bottle is opened (I regret drinking it all up).
