It's that time of year again.
Light nigori is good! The chrysanthemum is good! Lightly-sugared chrysanthemum is very good.
I would be happy if it were under 2,000 yen...
I want to drink various usu-nigori this year, too!
I bought it because I see it often.
It is 22BY and the color is gold as shown on the label. It has a mouthfeel like Shaoxing sake, so you want to drink it warmed up.
Every year, the nama-shu season begins. The price has gone up this year, making it a bit more expensive, but it is still delicious!
Next time the price goes up, it will be 2,000 yen ⁉︎
I hope the price will be lowered next year, and I will drink a lot of sake to support the cause!
I'm tired of drinking both hana-yoku and jyushiyo!
My favorite is still the instrument!
Even the honjozo is good because it's honjozo!
I wish everyone would keep chasing Shinmasa and the like.
Musical instruments are good.
Kangiku is a sure-fire sake. It is made with rice called "Fusakogane," but it is a delicious, full-bodied sake.
If it were 200 yen cheaper, there would be nothing to say!
Last year I had a bottle of hijirizumu and it was delicious. Last year it was red label and this year I bought green label. I can't tell the difference in concept, but the red label was the tastier one. I bought the red label. Green label was not.
Sake that I received as a gift. I often see this brand, but this is probably the first time I've seen it.
I was surprised to find out that it was made by Kurumada Sake Brewery. I remember drinking Tengu Mai more than 20 years ago when I found it at an izakaya and thought I was a connoisseur.
So, I guess this is the basic line of Tengu Mai, which is light and dry with a hint of fruity flavor.
It is a kind of "light and delicious" taste that no one can complain about. Izakaya's are very lucky to have this kind of sake.
Aruzoe Honjozo Nama.
The aroma spreads out in a flash, and the clean aftertaste reminds one of limpid river water. It is as described in the description!
It is an excellent dining sake, including the price.
I drank it with high expectations, but hmmm.
I used to enjoy Nabeshima, but I have been disappointed in the past few years.
It doesn't keep up with modern tastes, but it also doesn't have the power of royal umami.
It's a shame!
