Dry and refreshing. Full of flavor. A taste that stings. This is all you need to drink Hirotogawa! I'll save a bottle for New Year's. ☺️ I'm gradually getting tired of Zykon and Hanabatake, and I'm getting more and more attracted to dry types. But the first one this year was a snowman. Please lower the price next year: ‼️

What is this? It is very tasty. It's the best ever, and the best of the year. I used to look at the "Edogari" with a cold eye, but this is a great success. I think it's because the bottle I bought was from Dokasetsu, but it's good and has a nice sharpness. I've had all the major brands except Hirotogawa, but so far this is by far the best. The only thing I would do next would be to lower the price. I bought another bottle and would like to compare it with Hirotogawa.

Miyazumi Junmai Sake Hi-ire in comparison with Sharaku. It is light, fruity and has a thicker umami. For sake lovers, this is more to their liking. I would like to keep this sake at home.

I've been curious about Laughing Four Seasons since I drank it at a bar. I finally got the light nigori! I'm about to get the black one too, but the one with the weird name is good but.... It's full of umami, but I want more fruity flavor! I guess that's what you get for such a low price!

It's that time of year again. Light nigori is good! The chrysanthemum is good! Lightly-sugared chrysanthemum is very good. I would be happy if it were under 2,000 yen... I want to drink various usu-nigori this year, too!

I bought it because I see it often. It is 22BY and the color is gold as shown on the label. It has a mouthfeel like Shaoxing sake, so you want to drink it warmed up.

Every year, the nama-shu season begins. The price has gone up this year, making it a bit more expensive, but it is still delicious! Next time the price goes up, it will be 2,000 yen ⁉︎ I hope the price will be lowered next year, and I will drink a lot of sake to support the cause!

I'm tired of drinking both hana-yoku and jyushiyo! My favorite is still the instrument! Even the honjozo is good because it's honjozo! I wish everyone would keep chasing Shinmasa and the like. Musical instruments are good.
