I haven't had it in a while, and it's delicious. I never get tired of drinking this Jyushiyo.
It tastes so good at this price. I realized that it is a pioneer after all.

The expectations were high for a daiginjo made with No. 6 yeast.
It is a refreshing and light wine, just like the label says.
Daiginjo with this is tough 😰.

Stable Sara's pink, but lighter in body. Did they make it more like a summer sake than last year? As someone who doesn't like light summer sake, this is a disappointing change.
Still, the high prices are amazing. I recommend Sara at a very reasonable price.

A sake that feels like it has nothing to do with the current fad or whatever. It is full of flavor.
I want to sit down and drink it.
Maybe this is what traditional umami means.

It was definitely not in the direction of my taste.
