It's been a long time since I've seen a new turtle. It used to be quite divine, but I haven't heard of it recently. It was a drinker's sake that did not pander to the latest fads at all. I hope it will do well until the day it is reevaluated.

Umya~! A wonderful balance of umami, richness and sharpness! Some people don't like the alky sake, but I'm the type of person who can handle it. The aim and effect are different from those of cheap sake. It is totally better than the non-alcoholic sake I drank before. I would even say it's cheating because it's alky. Of course, there is no doubt that the other one is quite tasty too. But I think the brewery wanted us to drink this one. I think the brewery wanted people to drink this one, but they were told that if they only had Aruzoe, people would say many things, so they released two. If you want to buy it, buy this one. And it's cheap. It is a very conscientious brewery. I like it more and more.

Drink it well chilled. Full of sweetness and umami. Slight bitterness in the aftertaste. The aroma is a bit bland. The name is the same as ever.

My favorite instrument Masamune. I got a new one right away. It seems to be inspired by muscat, and it sure looks like that. There is also grapefruit. In any case, it seems to be right in the middle of the current fad. Now if only there were more places where I could buy it.

I had a limited edition from the brewery. Speaking of Yamanashi, Shichiken is not my favorite sake. I expected it to be a brewery's limited edition, but it was Shichiken, for better or for worse.

The waiter's spirit brought out the Jyushiyo. I knew it was good. The one-and-only is Jyushiyo, Hanaabi, Kaze no Mori, and the great place of musical instruments... And... Jikon and Hiroki are good, but I feel they are not unique.

Isobojiman used to be a hard-core sake, but it has found itself a popular brewery. Perhaps they are good at marketing. I drank the brewed Isobojiman before and it certainly looked modern, so I tried the draft today. Well, it was the old Isohagumi. I don't think this one will be accepted. I guess the brand image is disjointed. It is a drinker's sake.

It's delicious. I stopped by on my trip and got it! And the rice polishing ratio is 80%! It is right in the middle of my favorite. The sake in the picture is stale because it is lightly frozen. It is not a defect of the product. I'm enjoying the process of it gradually opening up.

Laughing Four Seasons sensation GOLD New Gen Old Style Nama Moto, Limited Ori-Garami Laughing Four Seasons has been on my mind recently. It also has a fruity aroma and a sharp taste, but it is not too thin. It is delicious. I'm a little confused about the name of the product or whatever it is, can someone please help me? It's usually a mystery to me what it means, from the laughing four seasons and all, and 1892 sense is horrible.
