I bought this bottle without any expectations.
The label gave the impression that it was not to my taste, but I bought it, thinking that it would be a good idea not to drink it.
It was definitely not in the direction of my taste.
However, I think it is quite high quality sake.
It would probably rank high as a food sake.

The pineapple aroma is as expected.
However, I felt that a ginjo was enough for the Hana-yoso.

Comparison of Hana-yosu. We started with Daiginjo. The aroma of pineapple is amazing.
It is just like Hanaoyokyu. The aftertaste is lighter than expected and has a sharpness.

First Zenkichi. I thought it was a cuddly position, but this is good.
It's not the type I'm looking for, but it's good.
It is good because it does not follow a strange trend. It is the kind of sake that has become one and only before you know it.
The minerality and sweetness make you drink it, but it is also spicy and not sticky. This is pretty good as a food sake.
Who wouldn't like it? It's a sake that will make everyone smile.

It was a drinker's sake that did not pander to the latest fads at all.
I hope it will do well until the day it is reevaluated.
