Sake Mirai from Jyushiyo, my first purchase since I missed out on buying last month's instrument.
I got a bottle of Miso Nishiki last week, but it has a stronger sweet and bitter taste than Miso Nishiki.
It had such an impact that it reminded me of a kijoshu I drank at the end of the year from Hiran.
I'm looking forward to seeing how the taste changes as I read other opinions.
