あんかけ
First impressions are that it looks beautiful, so i bought it! Also, the name is kind of nice.
I was told that it was an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, so I drank it with great anticipation to see what it would be like.
The first thing I smelled was a sweet aroma.
I could smell it all the time.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and sourness characteristic of nama-shu come rushing in at the same time. The aroma that escapes through the nose is very fresh! You can feel the freshness that only nama-shu can give you.
The taste is fresh and fresh, with a slightly bitter aftertaste that lingers on the palate. But it is not bad at all, and you want to feel the lingering taste forever.
It is a taste that is full of the deliciousness of nama-shu.
