Here is today's sake! It is a famous sake from Iwate, AKABU's Soul No Daikyo✨It looks cool too! Last year we had Junmai Daiginjo Gokujo No Zan, so this year we will have this one 🤗. The aroma on the nose is fruity, sweet and elegant! In the mouth, it has the freshness of nama-shu, yet the rich sweetness and moderate acidity spreads out in a whirlwind 😆I would like to describe this deliciousness in many ways, but there is no need for unnecessary words. I would like to describe the taste in many ways, but I don't need to. I think you all will get the idea 😊. Thanks for the great sake✨

Today's sake is Buko-Masamune, a local sake from Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture. ☺️ This is another sake I bought on a recent trip to Saitama! As the label says, it tastes great cold or lukewarm, so I tasted it and bought it! It has a subtle nose on the nose, but when chilled, the acidity is a bit strong but the overall flavor is mild, but this sake also shows its true potential when lukewarm ✨. The acidity mellows out and the richness and fullness of the junmai flavor comes through in full force. ☺️ Oh, this is so good lukewarm! I think tasting the local sake and thinking about the region makes the sake taste even better! Well, I bought it in Kawagoe! Thank you for the sake!

Here is today's sake! It is a local sake from Saitama, Kinmon Sekai Taka 🦅. I tasted this sake when I visited Saitama and bought it because I especially liked it hot 🤗. The top aroma is a little subdued, like watermelon 🍉I first drank it chilled, and the sweet and sour taste is softly followed by a sourness that flows down the back of the throat comfortably 🍉. ☺️ It reminds me of a very refreshing summer sake! But the best part of this sake is when it is heated up! The sweet and sourness of the earlier mentioned sake switches from a fruity fruit sweetness to a mellow rice sweetness when heated! 🤗Ummm I just bought it because I like this deliciousness! It is good chilled, but even better hot! I don't think there are many sake that can be served chilled, but even better hot! I still have a few more bottles of Saitama sake to enjoy! I know it tastes good even if I don't drink it anymore, but I still like the excitement of opening the bottle 😆 The top aroma is slightly sweet and fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the elegant sweet and sour taste, for example, apricot-like fruity sweetness and acidity. ☺️ And finally, the acidity tightens up and it finishes clean and crisp! Today's Sake of the Day is here! The one who chases two hares will get two hares! So, a great saying and, yes, two hares 🐇🐇🌕 cute label 😍! I've been looking forward to drinking this for a while now! The top aroma is modest, but the nose is soft and juicy. When you put it in your mouth, this is delicious! The moderate sweetness and acidity spread out in a flash, while the lingering aftertaste is profound 😆 The acidity also finishes nicely, as if it was designed to make you want the next two drinks ✨. Today's sake is here 💁. This is Sakuya from the Tsujun Sake Brewery in Kumamoto Prefecture! This is another one I bought because it was on sale at a local product show ✨I'm looking forward to seeing how good it tastes warmed up! The aroma of Junmai-shu is nice 🤔I quickly tried heating it up and while the aroma is faint, the taste of the rice in the mouth is just so rich and delicious! It's not too pungent even when heated up, but has just the right amount of umami and acidity to finish it off nicely ✨It goes great with the fat from the salmon chanchan-yaki (grilled salmon) that I served as a snack! This is a great marriage💕🤗 I feel like I have found a great sake! That's why I love local product shows😍I think this is a brand you probably can't buy locally, so this is a rare experience ✨. Here is today's sake! I saw this sake at a local Kumamoto product exhibition! I love product fairs because you can find rare sake that you can't buy around here 🤗. The sake rice is Gin no Sato, so I'm looking forward to it 😊. When I open the bottle, it has a sweet fruity aroma, and I feel like it has a more moist sweetness that is different from Yamada-Nishiki ✨It's a matter of taste, I guess! Well, today's sake is one I came across while visiting Kawagoe in Saitama Prefecture! It's a Kagamiyama Nama-shu ✨It looks fresh and has an early summer breeze, but the label says scorching pineapple, which makes me think of burning summer! When you open the bottle, you can smell the pineapple aroma 🍍The label is true to its name! The sweet and sour flavor of pineapple goes very well with the softness of the mouthfeel. ☺️ Hana-yoso, also from Saitama, has a pineapple flavor, but this one has no soggy feeling and the sweet and sour flavor of pineapple spreads slowly in the mouth. Here is today's sake! It's a big fool from Saitama Prefecture 🤗It's a good sake from Ogawa brewed foolishly, and I bow down to his honesty and humility! This time, the waitress recommended it as a delicious sake that can also be heated, so we tried it heated ✨. The sake was made in 2008, so it has been aged for about 6 years. It has a slight amber color when you pour it into the bottle (☺️). The aroma when cold is not so strong, but it opens up when heated. The aroma is not so strong when served cold, but when heated, it opens up with a mellow aroma that tickles the nostrils 😆 The rich flavor of the Yamahai yeast yeast is spread out in the mouth! It's so rich that even the fat from the mackerel can be washed away ✨It's an endless loop of mackerel and sake! So we had another great sake experience today 😆. The beautiful label is very eye-catching 😳The rice is Juhikinmu, which is new to me 🌾I can't wait to see what it tastes like 🤗. As the label on the back says, you need to be careful when you open the bottle. ⚠️ Yes, the kind that blows out the cork! It brings back that memory of getting hit with Nabeshima! The moment I slowly took off the top lid, the cork blew out! I quickly held it with my finger 🤌safe ✨It's full of so much shwash 😆This fizzy feeling reminds me of Kumamoto's birthplace 🫧. When you put it in your mouth, the natural fizzy feeling spreads in your mouth along with the sweetness 🤗If I were to compare it to grapes, the sweet and sour taste like plums spreads in a sizzling way! This is delicious 🤤It is also accompanied by a slight bitterness in the aftertaste when swallowed, which also enhances the sweet and sour taste ✨. Here is today's sake! What is Aomori Prefecture's best sake? Yes, it's Tasake 🤗The sake rice is Akita Sake Komachi, but does that mean it's a sake rice version of Akita Komachi? When you open the bottle, the aroma slowly seeps into your nostrils with a sweet and sour taste, like a pear or cucumber if I may say so 😊. When you put it in your mouth, the sourness and sweetness gradually spread in your mouth. When you swallow it, you can feel the rich sweetness in the back of your throat more clearly, but it goes down smoothly with just the right amount of sourness. Delicious 🤤I must say, Tasake is great 😆This time we had tsuzumire wrapped in shiso leaves and chilled tofu as snacks, but the fact that it is refreshing and goes well with chilled tofu while also removing the fat from the tsuzumire gives us a glimpse into the high potential of Tasake 🤗. Here is today's sake! Tanaka Rokugo, a famous sake from Fukuoka, and Sengoku from Tochigi have teamed up to create the aptly named "Tanaka Sengoku"! It's a superb product brewed with pesticide-free Yamada Nishiki from Itoshima, Fukuoka 🤗I've been drinking Tanaka Rokugo and Shiraito from Shiraito Shuzo as well as Sentori for a while now, and I love it 😆. When you open the bottle, it has a soft melon-like fruitiness 🍈It has a gentle sweetness that slowly spreads in the mouth ☺️ but it's not overly sweet, it has a very elegant sweetness and a refined, clear acidity that is very pleasant to drink ✨It blends in - it blends in - it blends in JOJO! UREEYYYYY! I've become a vampire because of how delicious it is, so I'm going to continue to enjoy Tanaka Sentori. ☺️ We hope you all have a wonderful evening with delicious sake ✨🍶✨!

Here is today's sake! It's KAMEMAN's newest sake, Arahashiri Junmai Genshu from KAMEMAN Shuzo in Kumamoto Prefecture! This is one of several Kumamoto sake products that I purchased at a Kumamoto product exhibition at a local department store 🤗I am looking forward to this new sake with an alcohol content of 18%! When I opened the bottle, the top aroma was a little subdued, and on the palate it had a very fresh feeling that is only possible with nama-shu! The top aroma is a little bit subdued when you open the bottle, and when you take a sip, you get the freshness of nama-shu! I'm also looking forward to the other Kumamoto sake I purchased 😊🍶. Well, here's today's sake 💁. Probably limited to the Osaka area? It's Furona! I guess the word "regional" has a magical power to attract people 😆. The origin of Furouna is said to be that of Lord Purna, a disciple of the Buddha. I know what you mean about the sadness of talking about it. When you open the bottle, the top aroma is very juicy and reminds me of melon 😊 so is it sweet? The mouthfeel is surprisingly robust yet dry, with a clear and elegant aroma, and the umami of the rice gently seeps into your body. ☺️ When you swallow it down the back of your throat, the acidity and astringency rush in shoulder to shoulder and come together beautifully to finish you off ✨. It is a dry wine that you would expect to be sweeter than sweet, but when you drink it, it is dry! It's a very pleasant tasting sake with a deep and nourishing flavor 🤗🍶. Thank you for the sake 🎵!

Today is a special day, so it is a special sake! It's a famous sake from Iwate, AKABU...RED EMBLEM ✨This crimson label is too cool, ☺️ is perfect for a special day! The rice used for the sake is Yunokou, which has an auspicious (?) name. I've had it with a different sake, named Yui no Kou, and I think it was elegant and tasty. The top aroma is modest, but in the mouth it has a very clear sweetness and acidity. ☺️ When you swallow it, the lingering acidity soaks in beautifully like a shooting star ✨Ah, this is good...this is exactly the kind of sake I drink on special occasions 😆🍶. Today's sake is Yamasan from Nagano Prefecture! This is a sake you should try if you like Kangiku 😚. The top aroma is juicy with a refreshing acidity. When poured, it is slightly cloudy, which is why it is called "nigori" (light nigori) 🤗In the mouth, you can feel the freshness of the sake with a slight sparkle, and a slight grapefruit-like bitterness and freshness! It is a perfect twin of the sweet and juicy Kangiku and the refreshing Yamazan. This is delicious 😋I'd rather put it next to Kangiku and compare the two! Nagano sake is so easy to drink after all 😆. Today I'm in the mood for some dry sake and sashimi 🤗, so I bought a bottle of Manrei, a Japanese sake from Saga Prefecture! Moreover, I heard that this sake is a limited edition that is usually only available in Saga Prefecture 🤔I don't know how true this is, but I'm a sucker for words, so I bought it! When I opened the bottle, the aroma was moderate, but when I put it in my mouth, I could feel the aroma coming on! The aroma is moderate, but the mouthfeel is very smooth.
