Here is today's sake! It's KAMEMAN's newest sake, Arahashiri Junmai Genshu from KAMEMAN Shuzo in Kumamoto Prefecture! This is one of several Kumamoto sake products that I purchased at a Kumamoto product exhibition at a local department store 🤗I am looking forward to this new sake with an alcohol content of 18%! When I opened the bottle, the top aroma was a little subdued, and on the palate it had a very fresh feeling that is only possible with nama-shu! The top aroma is a little bit subdued when you open the bottle, and when you take a sip, you get the freshness of nama-shu! I'm also looking forward to the other Kumamoto sake I purchased 😊🍶. Well, here's today's sake 💁. Probably limited to the Osaka area? It's Furona! I guess the word "regional" has a magical power to attract people 😆. The origin of Furouna is said to be that of Lord Purna, a disciple of the Buddha. I know what you mean about the sadness of talking about it. When you open the bottle, the top aroma is very juicy and reminds me of melon 😊 so is it sweet? The mouthfeel is surprisingly robust yet dry, with a clear and elegant aroma, and the umami of the rice gently seeps into your body. ☺️ When you swallow it down the back of your throat, the acidity and astringency rush in shoulder to shoulder and come together beautifully to finish you off ✨. It is a dry wine that you would expect to be sweeter than sweet, but when you drink it, it is dry! It's a very pleasant tasting sake with a deep and nourishing flavor 🤗🍶. Thank you for the sake 🎵!

Today is a special day, so it is a special sake! It's a famous sake from Iwate, AKABU...RED EMBLEM ✨This crimson label is too cool, ☺️ is perfect for a special day! The rice used for the sake is Yunokou, which has an auspicious (?) name. I've had it with a different sake, named Yui no Kou, and I think it was elegant and tasty. The top aroma is modest, but in the mouth it has a very clear sweetness and acidity. ☺️ When you swallow it, the lingering acidity soaks in beautifully like a shooting star ✨Ah, this is good...this is exactly the kind of sake I drink on special occasions 😆🍶. Today's sake is Yamasan from Nagano Prefecture! This is a sake you should try if you like Kangiku 😚. The top aroma is juicy with a refreshing acidity. When poured, it is slightly cloudy, which is why it is called "nigori" (light nigori) 🤗In the mouth, you can feel the freshness of the sake with a slight sparkle, and a slight grapefruit-like bitterness and freshness! It is a perfect twin of the sweet and juicy Kangiku and the refreshing Yamazan. This is delicious 😋I'd rather put it next to Kangiku and compare the two! Nagano sake is so easy to drink after all 😆. Today I'm in the mood for some dry sake and sashimi 🤗, so I bought a bottle of Manrei, a Japanese sake from Saga Prefecture! Moreover, I heard that this sake is a limited edition that is usually only available in Saga Prefecture 🤔I don't know how true this is, but I'm a sucker for words, so I bought it! When I opened the bottle, the aroma was moderate, but when I put it in my mouth, I could feel the aroma coming on! The aroma is moderate, but the mouthfeel is very smooth. I bought this today on the liquor store's recommendation! He said if you like chrysanthemum, you will like it 😊. There was a warning that the crown might blow off when opening the bottle, so I decided to take advantage of my experience of blowing off the crown with Nabeshima! I opened the bottle slowly! Oh, ooh, nigori and shuwashuwa are rushing in! The aroma is sweet and juicy! When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the softness of the chrysanthemum, and the sweetness and sourness are in good balance 😆 It is a Japanese style of giving each other over. Reward yourself for working hard every day! So today I'm going to try Hana-yoso for the first time in a while 🤗I'm excited about this unfiltered, unpasteurized sake brewed with Hachitan-Nishiki, a famous sake rice in Hiroshima✨. As soon as you open the bottle, you can smell the tropical aroma of the sake: ☺️ The palate is filled with a pineapple-like sweetness that is unique to Hanaoyokyu, and then it finishes nicely with a very elegant acidity 🤗The aftertaste is slightly citrusy like grapefruit, and you can really feel the refreshing feeling of Hachitan-Nishiki in the gassy sensation of Orikara-meshi. Personally, I find it more enjoyable to savor it on its own than as a food sake 😆 Of course, it has a refreshing acidity, so I think it would go well with a wide range of foods, such as hot fried foods and plump sashimi! It is indeed a hanahiyo 😘. Thank you for the food 😚.

Another sake from Nagano's Hakuba Village! A dream collaboration between Kitayasu Brewery and Hakuba Roadside Station! The label is my favorite character "Victoire Cheval Blanc Murao III" or Murao for short 🐴I bought it because it is also a Hakuba Roadside Station exclusive. ☺️ When you open the bottle, you can enjoy the gorgeous aroma of ginjo that tickles your nostrils. ☺️ When you take a sip, you can feel the sweetness of young melon in your mouth. The lingering taste is also very clean. The only thing that is written about the sake rice is that it is domestic rice, but I guess it is Yamae Nishiki 🤔It tastes a bit lighter and more elegant than Hakubanishiki. It's nice to sip it slowly and leisurely while savoring it 😆 yummy! I'm sure this would also look great as a heated sake! I would like to try heated sake next time! Thank you very much!

The brewer is Kitayasu Brewery, which also brews Okuni, but this one is a limited edition from Hakuba, so I bought it at a roadside station! The sweetness and acidity spreads and disappears in the mouth as quickly as light snow. The lingering aftertaste is slightly bitter and finishes off slightly 🤗 just like light snow! When I bought it, I was soothed by the green of the Northern Alps, but I'm sure they are now covered in beautiful snow ✨that's what I was thinking as I tasted the good sake 🍶😁. The green label is nice! Tanigawadake in Gunma Prefecture ✨This sake is named after Tanigawadake, one of the 100 most famous mountains in Japan! Feel the breath of the mountains ~☺️ When you open the bottle, you can smell the aroma of rice, or maybe it's just a hint of sweetness 😘. When you put it in your mouth, a slightly heavy but refreshing sweetness spreads out and then the acidity wraps around your mouth nicely. The aftertaste is also moderate and finishes nicely. ☺️ It is really faintly sweet, as described on the back! But within the sweetness, you can also taste the umami of rice that only junmai sake can deliver. ☺️ I'll definitely try it hot next time ✨ Thanks for the food 🤗

Another sake I bought in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture! I found out that the rice used is a new sake rice from Shinshu called Sanke Nishiki! It's a local sake 🤗The label says it's a full moon sake, and as the label says, it's squeezed on a full moon day. What a mysterious ✨! When you open the bottle, it has a soft, juicy, fruity aroma. ☺️ The first thing that spreads on the palate is a slightly acidic fruit, similar to a slightly young mango, but stickier and richer. But it has a rich and sticky quality. The aftertaste is clean and not boring 🤗It has a different taste from the Hakuba Nishiki Junmai Sake from last time ✨. It's also fun to drink it while thinking of the magnificent view of the Northern Alps in Nagano Prefecture. ☺️Thanks for the drink!

Thinking back to the year 2024: ☺️ This sake is a luxury sake brewed once a year by Kangiku, Aizan, with up to 40% Aizan ✨and it's a medium-brewed sake! When you open the bottle, you can smell the pineapple-like sweet and sourness, and it spreads to the back of your nose. ☺️ When you put it in your mouth, the sweet and sourness that is only possible with Aizan spreads with a slight fizziness and a clear, polite, elegant acidity... Iwate has a lot of delicious sake! This time it's Murasaki Sora brewed by a female Touji from Iwate 🤗It's not empty, it's in the air! The sedimented ooze that you can see through the clear bottle looks like snow ☺️ it's so beautiful even if it's ephemeral ✨. When you open the bottle, you can see bubbles slowly coming up from the bottom. It's alive only because it's a draft sake! I'm entranced as I watch the bubbles slowly rise 😍I take a sip of the supernatant before mixing it first, and the sweet and sour crisp acidity flows down the back of my throat. After that, when you stir it slowly and enjoy the nigori together, you will be able to enjoy the refreshing thickness and the even richer sweet and sour taste. ☺️ We will continue to do our best this year with the freshness of nama-sake, which is appropriate for the New Year! It is Hakuba Nishiki! The label depicting the mountains of the Northern Alps and a Hakuba horse is very cool 🤗. As it was the first bottle of the new year, we had it with Osechi and hot sake. ☺️ It still goes great with it! The flavor of the rice and the sharpness of the sake are perfect for hot sake! When I say Shizuoka sake, this is the first thing that comes to mind! So, this is Isoboast! I love the clear blue bottle! ☺️ is the only Daiginjo that is absolutely delicious! So I opened the bottle. The first aroma is very juicy. It has a very elegant ginjo aroma. It's like white peaches or pears...whatever, it's fruity🤗This is definitely a good one! The sweetness is clear in the mouth, followed by a sourness that tightens up the taste, and then it goes down the back of the throat. As one would expect from Isoboast! What do you think of Osaka's sake? There are many, but this time it is junmai nama sake from So no sato! I bought it when I was in Osaka! The label is cool! When the bottle is opened, it has a crisp aroma characteristic of Yamadanishiki. The top aroma is dry, so it goes in and disappears quickly. When you take a sip, the deliciousness of Yamadanishiki, which is unique to Junmai, spreads in the mouth. The lingering aftertaste is a sharp, elegant sharpness that can only be achieved with dry sake, and it finishes with a sharpness that is just like a kesa-kiri. It's a special sake for this time of year from the famous Akabu Sake Brewery 😊It's called "Nama-shu" which means "new born sake"! I couldn't stop the excitement, so I opened the bottle right away!
