Here is today's sake after a long absence! It's Akita Bijin ✨and it's a reprint of a picture from the Showa era 😆 Hmmm, very chic! I bought this sake because it is a junmai sake and I thought it would definitely taste good heated up. I tasted it a little cold before heating it up and found it to be a little dry and easy to drink. It was a bit dry at first, but when I heated it up, it really stood out! It has a rich rice flavor and a clean, dry mouthfeel! It is a taste that can be enjoyed with any dishes 😋 It is easy to match with both oil dishes and Japanese food! We are looking forward to buying more Akita sake in the future 😊. Thanks for the food!

Here is today's sake! It's a Densho Kiku Ooragarami from Kangiku. Isn't the label too cool? I've heard of this sake but never had it before, so I can't wait to see how it tastes 😆. The top aroma is slightly fruity, and the color is a clear milky white with a slight cloudiness, which is characteristic of orikarami. It has a fizzy and bubbly taste. ☺️ When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the fizziness, and the deep miscellaneous taste, sweetness, umami, and subtle bitterness of orikarami spreads elegantly ✨n~ delicious 😋 From the fizziness in the first sip, this subtle bitterness that spreads in the back of your throat is very pleasant 🤭 yummie! I was also able to buy this Denshogiku as a non-filtered raw sake, so I'm really looking forward to that as well! Thank you very much!

Today's sake is a little bit unusual - it's from Shimane Prefecture, called "Oroku" 🤗Kanji is so hard to read! I know the name of this sake, but it's been on my list to try someday. ☺️ The first aroma is gentle and reserved, but that impression changes completely when it hits the palate! The rich umami and acidity spread out in a blur! While the alcohol content of 17.5 can be felt, the lingering aftertaste is surprisingly beautifully clean... I was surprised... It was different from other sake I have ever had, and I felt I caught a glimpse of the true essence of sake backed by the solid popularity of the brand! Thank you for the sake!

Yuyake (evening), koyake (night), akatonbo (night) It's a red dragonfly brewed by Sentori 😆 Ahhh, it's so nice, I can feel the fall season! It's easy to drink and delicious with a smooth, flowing, gentle and elegant taste and a crisp, berry-like acidity 😋 Another key point is that it is low in alcohol! It's been a while since I've had Sentori, but good sake is always good. ☺️ Feeling the autumn season deeply, I am thankful to be able to enjoy great sake tonight as well! Thank you for the sake!

There is a star on the label to remind us of the Tanabata Festival, and the rice polishing ratio is 77%, so it may be a little too seasonal 😆. The first aroma is a slight yeastiness, or perhaps a bread-like aroma! When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a slight bubbling sensation and a bitter sweetness like grapefruit will spread. ☺️ I love this bittersweet taste... I was very careful to open the bottle! The nose is elegant ☺️, with a slight fizziness on the palate first, followed by the rich tropical flavor of Aizan ✨This is it, this is it! The acidity is beautifully beautiful! And finally, the acidity spreads beautifully and finishes off nicely 😆 I can't get enough! It's a very comfortable aroma and a strange taste that makes you want to keep it in your mouth forever. ☺️ The sourness appears at the end and finishes off nicely. This is delicious. It is good as a mid-dinner drink, but it is also good as an after-dinner drink with desserts such as fruit! Unfortunately I couldn't buy it last year, so I'm lucky to be able to buy it this year. ☺️ When you open the bottle, you can smell the juicy aroma, and when you pour it into a sake cup, it is slightly effervescent! This freshness is indeed KANGIKU ✨. When you take a sip, you can feel the elegant Aizan with a slight carbonation, and a slightly tropical sweetness 🤗This is delicious! The sweetness is also refined and sharp, with a sharp juiciness 😆 The finish is clear and crisp, with a lingering aftertaste, so you'll probably find yourself drinking it again 🍶🤔. It's a limited edition Akita sake from Yamamoto Sake Brewery, which brews the famous Akita sake Yamamoto 😆 You have to be in Akita to buy it ✨I'm looking forward to drinking it because it's made with natural spring water from the Shirakami Mountains 🤗. When you open the bottle, it has a slightly sweet aroma, and the mouthfeel is refreshingly sweet with a melon-like sweetness ✨The refreshing sourness when swallowed goes down your throat and is very delicious 😋It tastes just like natural spring water and is very easy to drink! Today's sake is here! We drank two different kinds of sake today to compare them ✨Hakurakusei style, which is the twin of DATE SEVEN Urakasumi that we drank the other day 🤗. The top aroma is modest, but it has a slightly sweet tropical flavor. Unlike Urakasumi, the sweetness of the fruitiness comes first, followed by a clear acidity without a moment's pause! From there, this is a nice clean break 😆. It has sweet and sour taste, but it is also bright and refreshing 🤭. Thanks again today for the wonderful sake! Thanks for the treat ✨🍶✨!

When you open the bottle, it has a juicy and slightly sour aroma! When you put it in your mouth, the sourness and sweetness come close to you, and when you swallow it, it finishes nicely with a hint of bitterness ✨It has a nice mouthfeel that makes it drink like water! Here is today's sake! It is a famous sake from Iwate, AKABU's Soul No Daikyo✨It looks cool too! Last year we had Junmai Daiginjo Gokujo No Zan, so this year we will have this one 🤗. The aroma on the nose is fruity, sweet and elegant! In the mouth, it has the freshness of nama-shu, yet the rich sweetness and moderate acidity spreads out in a whirlwind 😆I would like to describe this deliciousness in many ways, but there is no need for unnecessary words. Today's sake is Buko-Masamune, a local sake from Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture. ☺️ This is another sake I bought on a recent trip to Saitama! As the label says, it tastes great cold or lukewarm, so I tasted it and bought it! It has a subtle nose on the nose, but when chilled, the acidity is a bit strong but the overall flavor is mild, but this sake also shows its true potential when lukewarm ✨. The acidity mellows out and the richness and fullness of the junmai flavor comes through in full force. ☺️ Oh, this is so good lukewarm! I think tasting the local sake and thinking about the region makes the sake taste even better! Well, I bought it in Kawagoe! Thank you for the sake!
