What do you think of Osaka's sake?
There are many, but this time it is junmai nama sake from So no sato! I bought it when I was in Osaka! The label is cool!
When the bottle is opened, it has a crisp aroma characteristic of Yamadanishiki. The top aroma is dry, so it goes in and disappears quickly.
When you take a sip, the deliciousness of Yamadanishiki, which is unique to Junmai, spreads in the mouth. The lingering aftertaste is a sharp, elegant sharpness that can only be achieved with dry sake, and it finishes with a sharpness that is just like a kesa-kiri. It is so elegantly sharp that I was under the illusion that I was cut off at any moment! I was under the illusion that I had been cut!
It is indeed a sake that is only sold at authorized dealers. Osaka's sake is very deep!
Thank you for the food 😋.
