Hasegawa Sake Shop the day after the release information. I drank it last year and bought it on repeat. Fresh aroma. It has a sweetness like Japanese pear, acidity, and a sense of cemedine, and a bitter taste like 20th century pear, with no lingering aftertaste. I enjoyed it with okonomiyaki I made myself.

No aroma. Slight banana aroma on the palate. A little sweetness and umami. A little aftertaste. We enjoyed it with a salad and a side dish of mackerel simmered in a sweet and spicy sauce with a thin layer of squid. Chiyomusubi is also a favorite sake. The dry Koshimusubi Junmai and Shuwatto Sora are also delicious.

Fukuharasan's hanpukai It has an apple-type aroma and woody aroma. There is a slight gassy feeling. Good balance of sweetness and acidity. We enjoyed it with tomato salad and beef steamed with bean sprouts with Cardi's delicious spicy chives sauce. I feel the sake enhances the flavor of the meat. I also recommend this sauce from Cardi's.

Purchased at Fukuharasan It has an apple type aroma. Sweet and easy to drink to sour and refreshing. We enjoyed it with grilled cheese with vegetables and sausage, grilled pork with salt, dipped in Cardi's delicious spicy leek sauce and served with lettuce. Tomorrow we plan to have it with duck hot pot with lemon and shichimi pepper. We will be able to enjoy it for a while.

Fukuharasan's hanpukai special order It has a banana-melon aroma. The sweetness is followed by umami and then spiciness, and it finishes clean and crisp. I have never tasted this sake before, but it is very tasty. It is a food sake with a strong flavor. We enjoyed it with saikyo miso-pickled kinmei fish, canned mackerel and onion salad, and oven-roasted tomatoes and cheese.

Mr. Isego First time in Ehime. The day after the earthquake, I found it at a store and bought it. It has a slight banana aroma. It is a clear and dry sake with little sweetness. Mr. Masushin I supported Noto's recovery, though belatedly. The aroma changes from a little sweetness to dryness. You can feel the strong flavor and alcohol dryness. The end is refreshing. We enjoyed it with sauteed duck, potatoes and 🥕 onions baked with layered cheese. There were other support sake as well. I will buy it again and support it.

Sweetness with a banana-like fruity feel trompe l'oeil. The alcohol and acidity make it not too bitter. It is a strong sake with a high alcohol content, so we enjoyed it with chicken breast sauteed in butter shoyu and carbonated water. It is a very drinkable sake.

Seibu Sake Sho Yamada-san We had it at a long-awaited hanami (cherry blossom viewing) party. It was a sake like strawberry ore. Sweet and cloying muddy sake. It is easy to drink when mixed with carbonated water. We enjoyed it with grilled chicken with sauce.

Wakamatsuya. Like grapes. Sweet and sour, refreshing and delicious. We enjoyed it with bonito tataki and pork miso soup. It is one of the sweetest sake among the Tasake. It is a good sake, sweet but not heavy.

We enjoyed it with hot bean curd, grilled beef with ponzu sauce, and tomato salad. Although it is called nigori (nigori means "cloudy" in Japanese), it may be lightly cloudy.
