Such a delicious drink. I have had sweet sake such as Senkou and Shinshu Kamerei, but Sansho was surprisingly delicious among them. It is a substitute that is not easy to buy, but I can highly recommend it to those who like sweet, fresh sake.

What a surprise, Shinshu Kamerei was there! Shinshu Kamerei, the sake that got me hooked on sake! It was my first encounter with sake since I drank ogara-mi in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture. I don't remember much of the Orikarami, but of course Miyamanishiki is also good 😋. It's a full-bodied sake with an amazingly beautiful aftertaste. It's no wonder this sake is at a premium!

At Sakenotrico in Sakai, Osaka, Japan. Water? It was so easy to drink that I thought it was... The sake was dry and perfect for eating. I had never heard of this sake, I had never heard of this sake, but it made me realize that there are many kinds of good sake! I had an image of sake that goes well with light dishes such as sashimi and salads.

I was surprised at how sweet it was 😳 I drank it about a week after opening the bottle and it was surprisingly sweet and refreshing. The photo shows pickled okara (bean curd) that I purchased at a local pickle shop. It was a great sake to pair with sweet foods.

Slightly effervescent and sweet enough to drink. It has a gorgeous aroma and is crisp and easy to drink! I drink it with grilled edamame!

At Sake Hall Masuya I had heard that the sake was made in winery barrels, and I was excited to try it. ⤴️ The sake had the rice taste and aftertaste of sake, but it also had a wine-like fruit astringency and oariness, which made it a very strange sake. Although I feel it is limited in the dishes it can be paired with, I highly recommend it due to its unexpected taste and drinkability, which makes it an easy-to-drink sake. I think it would be an interesting gift to send to a sake lover.

At Sake Hall Masuya The waitress recommended heating the sake, so I drank it at about 50 degrees. I'm not good at heating sake, so I can't write much about it, but when I drank it, a nutty aroma (like walnuts) spread out, and I was surprised at how savory it was when heated! I was surprised. I was surprised at how fragrant it was when heated. I don't think I will repeat the experience as it is still a young sake, but I am glad I had it.

At "Sake Hall Masuya" in Kyoto I was surprised at how easy it was to drink! It had a nice mouthfeel, just the right amount of sweetness, and a refreshing aftertaste that kept me coming back for more. It was sold at a nearby liquor store, so I think we will be friends for a long time to come....Thanks again!

At "Sake Hall Masuya" in Kyoto This sake is smooth and easy to drink. In addition to the fruity aroma of ginjo, it is rich, mellow, and especially crisp, making it perfect as a mealtime sake! It is also a perfect match for white fish, salads, tempura, etc. It is the kind of sake that you always want to have in your refrigerator. (I am ignoring whether it is available for purchase in the first place.)

At "Sake Hall Masuya" in Kyoto It was 1300 yen for 100cc. I am not sure if it is cheap or not, but I drank it because I do not often have a chance to encounter it. As I had imagined when I drank it about 5 years ago, it is an excellent sake in terms of richness, umami, sharpness, etc. I did not feel any ginjo-like flavor, but on the other hand, there were no sharp edges, and I did not feel any bitterness at all. It is understandable that this sake has a premium.

I had this at "Today's Okazu" (that's the name of the restaurant, lol) near Karasuma when I was sightseeing in Kyoto. It was a refreshing sake, perfect as a food sake in accordance with its fresh aroma and ease of drinking due to its being a draft sake. I thought it was a very Kyoto-like soft sake and highly recommended for women. I think it is a must buy next time I visit Kyoto.
