At Sake Hall Masuya
I had heard that the sake was made in winery barrels, and I was excited to try it. ⤴️
The sake had the rice taste and aftertaste of sake, but it also had a wine-like fruit astringency and oariness, which made it a very strange sake.
Although I feel it is limited in the dishes it can be paired with, I highly recommend it due to its unexpected taste and drinkability, which makes it an easy-to-drink sake.
I think it would be an interesting gift to send to a sake lover.
