It is a little on the sweet side, but my parents, who like their sake light and dry, said it was delicious, so I think people who like their sake dry can also enjoy it. I personally prefer Toyobai to Tasake, and I've already finished two four-packs in two days.

I finally opened a bottle I bought at a liquor store in front of JR Akita Station during my trip to Akita in October. The rice flavor and ginjo aroma are very delicious on the nose. I would like to enjoy the changing flavors from tomorrow onward.
