When I requested the Ikeda Sake Shop, who has always been a great help to me, for something I've had in the aged category other than Hioki Sakura, they recommended Taketsuru😌. I'm afraid I'm not familiar with it, but it was the last sake of Mr. Tatsuya Ishikawa, who is a member of the Hiroshima Toji Union 😂. He also said that the Ozasaya Taketsuru series is hard to find, and I was surprised to see it on display in Sendai😌. The aroma is a bit like aged dried grapes, and the flavor of the soft rice spreads in the mouth 😊not as sweet as aged sake, but a mellow sake, but thick and smooth. The alcohol is 19 degrees, so if you drink it cold, it will be a bit harsh, especially in the aftertaste, but if you drink it at room temperature or hot, it will be more mellow and especially delicious✨. The taste may probably change in the future... I'm glad I came across it 😌.

A gift from a friend, sake from Hirosaki😌. It's a sake that you wouldn't normally see if you were looking for it, which makes me excited✨. It's a junmai daiginjo with 40% rice polishing 😌. It has almost none of the so-called ginjo aroma of Junmai Daiginjo, and more of a battery of mellow sake 😊. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm sure you'll be able to find something that works for you. I love this kind of Junmai Daiginjo too✨. It's a great sake that can be easily paired with any soy sauce based Japanese food😊.

I bought something fruity and unknown from Sake no Kawashima 😊. The brewery has been around since 2012 and seems to be featured as one of the two best breweries if you're in Gifu😌. It's made with Miyamanishiki from Shinshu ✨. It has a strong melon and banana aroma and the juiciness spreads in the mouth😌. The sourness is also refreshing😊. This is a great way to start the day, and it's a great way to start the day. This is one of my favorite gorgeous sake✨.

It has a faint grapefruit aroma and a fairly mild mouthfeel for a high acidity sake, perhaps due to the low alcohol content of 13%😌. As the label says, it's very refreshing with a hint of honey ✨. But if you drink it cold, it's too light and somewhat lacking... If you try to drink it at a human skin level... the mellow flavor suddenly becomes much more intense while maintaining the good mouthfeel😌. I'm sure most people drink it chilled in a wine glass, but I personally think you get the most out of it when it's warmed up to lukewarm ✨.

The cappiness is awesome! Kind of like a fresh apple 😆. It's sweet as it is and snappy... I feel like it's representative of a drink similar to wine that even so-called foreigners find delicious😌. The only thing that bothers me is that it says "The Japanese Sake" on the label... Is this the only Japanese Sake? ...I suppose you could say it's representative of wine-like sake, but it's very much the only sake... If it's a parody of a T-shirt, fine, but... I never see The Itarian Wine 😅. That's the only thing that bothered me about it. Lol.

Is it a mild melon or banana type😊? It's also delicious! It's not so much the balance as it is the cork that makes it so delicious😌. It has a bit of bitterness, but it's gone before you know it... I'm sure you'll like it 😆. I like it because it has a good flavor among the aromatic sake ✨.

I thought it would be full of fragrance, but it's surprisingly mild. Melon type, I guess. In a word, it's delicious! The finish is clear and free of miscellaneous flavors, with just the right amount of acidity lingering on the tongue. At best, anyone can say it's good! It's a beautiful sake, but it could be a little more interesting🤔. It's the first drink for a special occasion😌.

A sake rarely seen in Miyagi...so glad my friend in Aomori gave it to me😊. Aomori is known for its sweetness and mellowness, but it is also known for its crispness and clarity. I'm sure you'll find it addictive😌.

I love Niidashi Zensyu, and since it's called Meron, I had high expectations✨. The scent was unexpectedly quite mild... iso-ish but with just a hint of melon? I don't know. Refreshing fruitiness spreads out, with a gentle taste in the middle and a hint of acidity✨. As the temperature gets closer to room temperature, a molasses feel also emerges😊. . A little longer after opening the bottle, the iso-ish aroma stands out more😊. Then the recommended warming... another interesting ministry️. It adds a mildness, but still refreshing... still not quite melon, but delicious✨.

Miyamanishiki No.6 yeast and low temperature fermentation makes such a difference... sake is interesting ^_^✨. The aroma is mild and not that high, but when you put it in your mouth, there is no miscellaneous taste and it goes in clear😌 The aftertaste is quite sharp with characteristic acidity and some bitterness that seems to come from Miyamanishiki✨. The first time I drank Shinsei was in 2017by or so with Lapidus and I was quite shocked at the time, but I dare say though, honestly, the colors these days are not enough for me personally 😂(sorry Shinsei fans, I dare you to like it too 😂). I get the impression it's a bit too neatly put together, maybe not surprising in a good way😅. I'm posting this with respect and anticipation for Yusuke Sato, who says he breaks it down and challenges himself every year.

You can buy drunken whale at Aeon🤔. One of the sharpest sake in western Japan is Drunken Whale 😆✨. It was one of my favorite sakes when I was in Shikoku😊. It's made from 60% Gohyakumangoku, but it's a very light and refreshing sake with no miscellaneous flavors😊. It's a perfect sake for Kochi's sake drinking culture, I want to pair it with food, especially fish... I want to pair it with real bonito tataki again🤣.

If the Hagi-no-Tsuru Premium is a special wholesaler, then this Kameoka is a special Hagi-no-Tsuru wholesaled only to the Abe Sake Store in Kameoka. The specs are the same as the Haginotsuru Premium, 100% Miyamanishiki, 50% polishing ratio, and Miyagi Yeast Nakadori✨. The aroma is mildly capricious, but the body is firmer and the flavor is stronger than Haginotsuru Premium😌, yet it's still sharp. It's interesting because despite the same specs, it feels like a full-bodied type of sake while Premium has a softer quality ✨I imagine this one goes better with food🤔.

It is a special brew of Haginotsuru's Junmai Ginjo, the 49th in the series 😌. The yeast is not mentioned, but it is probably Miyagi yeast. The aroma is mild but has a fresh scent of cape apples etc 😊. In the mouth, the freshness of the aroma continues and spreads softly on the tongue, and it quickly clears up. Even though it is a Junmai Ginjo, there is no miscellaneous taste and it is a really beautiful sake✨. The aroma is also mild, so it can be used as a sake during meals, which is one of my favorite sakes I've had recently😊.

Hidakami is made from Gin no Iroha, a new brewing rice from Miyagi Prefecture😊. The yeast used is Hidakami's own yeast (F series yeast). You can feel the fullness of Gin no Iroha, but unlike Haginotsuru, the fruity taste is suppressed. but unlike Haginotsuru, the fruity taste is suppressed and the unique (alcohol-derived?) spiciness and sharpness of Hidakami stand out✨. It's a great way to differentiate yourself from the other Gin no Iroha 😊.

It's a Valentine's Day ver and it's long overdue... but it's a non-nigori ver using the same red yeast as the peach-colored nigori ✨. . It is said to remind you of strawberries, but it really has a strawberry-like sourness and sweetness, and combined with the low alcohol content of 12 degrees, it really feels like strawberry juice😌. . I'm not sure if it's a drink that should be paired with dessert rather than food 🤔 or if it should be served alone after a meal 😌. . My wife consumed it in an instant 😂. (I finally got her to leave me a photo and enough for the tasting... lol)

When I was at Abehachi's to buy some things for the tying, I asked them to recommend something I've never drunk before, regardless of genre 😊, and they chose Abukuma✨. The ginjo aroma is subdued, the rice flavor and sweetness is strong, and the acidity is moderate and crisp😊. I guess you could call it a beautiful Sharaku with less ginjo aroma🤔. It's also a great sake to drink with food 😌. It's a good match for white fish and sashimi rather than a strong one🤔. It's an all-mighty and quite favorite✨.

Good evening, Mr. Kitchee. Your pace is fast! This is a very helpful repo of a delicious looking sake. It has nothing to do with this site, but I think I knew someone (a classmate) who knew Uchigasaki-san.... It's a small world, isn't it?

It's a Haginotsuru from the Gin no Iroha series, a new brew of rice suitable for sake brewing in Miyagi Prefecture✨. Abe Sake says it's a legitimate version of the Gin no Iroha series, using Miyagi yeast 😊. The aroma is gentle but with a soft melon or pear feeling, and when you put it in your mouth, you will be surrounded by a soft fruit feeling😌. It has the softness that is said to be a characteristic of Gin no Iroha, and the refreshing acidity makes it crisp and clean✨. It has a fruity feeling, so you might think that it would be a bit selective with food, but surprisingly, it is a good sake that blends well with food with its acidity and clean aftertaste😌. This is the only time of year to drink namaizake, but it's a great all-around sake to keep drinking✨.

This is a limited edition sake from Saura Shuzo, one of Miyagi's most famous breweries, Urakasumi. It is made with 70% polished Yamadanishiki rice in a small amount in a traditional wooden vat. The aroma of the sake has a rich grainy and raisin-like aroma with a soft raisin-like sweetness and bitterness. The acidity is a soft yogurt type lactic acid bacteria that stays a little bit underneath and softly kicks in. It can be enjoyed at any temperature, and is sharp cold, and the roundness is emphasized as it warms up, especially lukewarm✨. If you prefer fruity sake, this may be a little hard to drink, but it is a great match with dark flavors, especially soy sauce and sake dishes😌.

It has a mild aroma of strawberries and grapefruit, a soft strawberry-like aroma in the nose, and although the acidity is not strong, it has a so-called sweet and sour sourness with a refreshing aftertaste. The acidity is not strong, but it has a sweet and sour aftertaste. However, the after taste is a unique acidity, so if you want to pair it with food, you might want to go lighter. It's a great way to start the day with a glass of wine.
