When I requested the Ikeda Sake Shop, who has always been a great help to me, for something I've had in the aged category other than Hioki Sakura, they recommended Taketsuru😌.
I'm afraid I'm not familiar with it, but it was the last sake of Mr. Tatsuya Ishikawa, who is a member of the Hiroshima Toji Union 😂.
He also said that the Ozasaya Taketsuru series is hard to find, and I was surprised to see it on display in Sendai😌.
The aroma is a bit like aged dried grapes, and the flavor of the soft rice spreads in the mouth 😊not as sweet as aged sake, but a mellow sake, but thick and smooth.
The alcohol is 19 degrees, so if you drink it cold, it will be a bit harsh, especially in the aftertaste, but if you drink it at room temperature or hot, it will be more mellow and especially delicious✨.
The taste may probably change in the future... I'm glad I came across it 😌.
