This is the middle of the season only.
It has a relaxed and soft sweetness rather than a clear outline. It is a light pink of cherry blossoms in spring. The sweetness, bitterness, and overall quality of this sake is excellent.
If you pair it with yakitori as a sake-within-a-sake (laughs), the mellowness will stand out.
It seems to be sold by a shop in Sendai, but the image is that of an elegant and kind concierge who is not pushy in Sendai. Also doesn't make sense 😅.
If the Hagi-no-Tsuru Premium is a special wholesaler, then this Kameoka is a special Hagi-no-Tsuru wholesaled only to the Abe Sake Store in Kameoka.
The specs are the same as the Haginotsuru Premium, 100% Miyamanishiki, 50% polishing ratio, and Miyagi Yeast Nakadori✨.
The aroma is mildly capricious, but the body is firmer and the flavor is stronger than Haginotsuru Premium😌, yet it's still sharp.
It's interesting because despite the same specs, it feels like a full-bodied type of sake while Premium has a softer quality ✨I imagine this one goes better with food🤔.
