When I was at Abehachi's to buy some things for the tying, I asked them to recommend something I've never drunk before, regardless of genre 😊, and they chose Abukuma✨.
The ginjo aroma is subdued, the rice flavor and sweetness is strong, and the acidity is moderate and crisp😊.
I guess you could call it a beautiful Sharaku with less ginjo aroma🤔.
It's also a great sake to drink with food 😌.
It's a good match for white fish and sashimi rather than a strong one🤔.
It's an all-mighty and quite favorite✨.

Good evening, Mr. Kitchee.
Your pace is fast!
This is a very helpful repo of a delicious looking sake. It has nothing to do with this site, but I think I knew someone (a classmate) who knew Uchigasaki-san.... It's a small world, isn't it?
