A gift from a friend, sake from Hirosaki😌.
It's a sake that you wouldn't normally see if you were looking for it, which makes me excited✨.
It's a junmai daiginjo with 40% rice polishing 😌.
It has almost none of the so-called ginjo aroma of Junmai Daiginjo, and more of a battery of mellow sake 😊.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great.
