ルテルテミ
This sake was purchased in Kamisuwa. It is a summer sake of honkin made with white malted rice. It is a refreshing sake with soft acidity and umami flavor. The bottle was opened on ........ When I went shopping at Izumisano Fish Market in the evening because I wanted to eat hamo (pike conger), I bought a hamo (Japanese conger) and they gave me 12 freshly caught hamo (Japanese conger) for free. I had never bought hamo before, so I tried boiling them, but there were so many small bones that it was difficult to eat them. I marinated the rest in vinegar and after two days the taste had settled down and the bones had softened, I chose the honkin, which would go well with sushi or fillets. It was delicious with a clean aftertaste. Alcohol content: 15%. Rice polishing ratio: 59 Rice: Miyamanishiki produced in Suwa, Nagano Prefecture

Rutemi, good morning ☀☀☀. I see you can get konoshiro in Izumisano 😳 I like it, but no one seems to ask for it 😭

Good evening, bouken😄. I've certainly never seen it sold in department stores or supermarkets near me. It took me a long time to get a good taste 😅 but I would like to try again 🤨.

Hello Luteltemi 😃. Konoshiro! I remember in my hometown we used to eat it as sashimi without worrying about the small bones 😅. It wasn't until I was an adult that I learned that it tastes better when it's vinegared without worrying about the small bones 😌. Looks like it would go well with honkin gold 🤤.
