We received a bottle of Chiebijin Nouveau Nama Sake.
The aroma was fruity, like muscat, and drifted into the glass. Mmmm, nice aroma ❤.
In the mouth, a fruity sweetness with a hint of sourness fills the mouth, and the astringency that comes out in the latter half leaves a long aftertaste.
Mmmm, delicious!
There was not much "gasiness" as stated on the back label, but at 70% rice polishing ratio, this dark umami and aroma are quite good 👌.
