I buy Houou Mita Hatsushibori every year! I got it safely this year too👍.
I got a bottle of Hououomida Hatsushibori Unrefined Junmai Ginjo-shu Nama-shu.
What is that? This year's Hatsushibori has some lees at the bottom of the bottle.
When I turned it upside down lightly, it became like a light nigorigo in no time at all!
The standing aroma is a fruity, muscat-like ginjo aroma that is typical of Hououmida.
Up to this point, it is the usual first Shibori 😊.
In the mouth, a thick sweetness fills the palate, and then it quickly breaks off with the bitterness that appears towards the end of the bottle.
Oh, this is delicious!

I have the impression that the sweetness is less intense than last year's, but the fragrance is stronger. This may be the difference between the lots, but I really enjoy the roughness of new sake 👍👍.
I really appreciate the effort of the brewery to release a new jungin sake in October with this high quality 🎉I will definitely drink it again next year ✌.
