I bought this bottle but it was buried in the fridge, so I drank it in a hurry. It is sweet and light, like a wine. I really like the taste. It was delicious.

I bought it at Hiroshima Sake Brewery Street. I was afraid to buy it because I was in a car and could not taste it. It was sweet, full-flavored, and very tasty.

I ordered it because the restaurant was having a Tasake (rice wine) fair. I think I like the Hyakushikan I ordered with it better. But it is delicious.

Eiko Fuji is a fruity and sweet sake that I personally can't get enough of. The label makes it sound dry, but it is sweet and delicious.
