The mouthfeel is sweet as you drink it slowly, and when you take a generous mouthful, the acidity is tingling on your tongue.
This is my first experience with a rice called Momota,
It seems to be a new sake rice, with both grandmothers having Yamadanishiki and my mother having Misanishiki.
I knew that the clean sweetness of Yamada-Nishiki was king. 😁.
I wonder if it will be used a lot for Akita sake from now on 😋.
