Slow and smooth flavor. It does not linger and is crisp and clean. There is no bitterness, and although it has a robust flavor, you can drink it in spurts. It was delicious.
Full rice aroma. Viscous mouthfeel. Soft but firm flavor. The spiciness that comes on slowly afterwards. I drank it while eating grilled herring with salt. I thought it went well with Japanese food. It was delicious.
Junmai Ginjo
Mild and plump aroma. The taste and alcohol are gradually released. It does not lose out even when matched with dishes with strong flavors. Delicious.
Calm aroma. Mellow and tasty. It is spicy, but not too spicy. It seems to go well with Japanese food. I drank it while eating takoyaki. It was delicious.
Strong carbonation. Slightly fruity aroma. Lightly sweet and sour, but it quickly disappears. It has no alcohol taste and can be drunk like a soft drink. It was delicious.
