Junmai Ginjo
Mild and plump aroma. The taste and alcohol are gradually released. It does not lose out even when matched with dishes with strong flavors. Delicious.
Calm aroma. Mellow and tasty. It is spicy, but not too spicy. It seems to go well with Japanese food. I drank it while eating takoyaki. It was delicious.
Strong carbonation. Slightly fruity aroma. Lightly sweet and sour, but it quickly disappears. It has no alcohol taste and can be drunk like a soft drink. It was delicious.
I bought it last spring because I enjoyed it so much.
Aroma with a hint of maturity. Bittersweet taste. Light aftertaste. The flavor comes out when it is heated up.
I think it was spicy when I drank it before, but I don't know why. I wonder why. Maybe it was made in the previous brewing year and kept in cold storage.
Fresh aroma. Green apple sensation? Lightly sweet and astringent from a watery mouthfeel. Light aftertaste, which quickly fades away with a bitter astringent taste. It is like drinking apple juice with a low fruitiness. Delicious.
Mild but fruity nose. Light gasiness. A firm umami flavor. For a moment, it seems sweet, but it is not. It has a nice sharpness and does not leave an aftertaste. There is no sense of alcohol, so you can drink more and more. It was delicious.
Received from a friend. It is sweet and delicious. A very elegant aroma escapes through the nose. It has a tangy alcoholic taste and is nicely integrated. I have had many good sake even without rice polishing, but this one had a deep flavor that showed the difference in quality. It was delicious.
