Amazingly cosy sake!
A honjozo sake that is no exaggeration to say that it is the Honmaru of Jyushidai in the world of dry sake!
Refreshing ginjo aroma.
(despite the 70% polishing).
There is definitely a sense of gasiness that can be felt.
(There is no mention of bottle heating or refrigeration required.)
Fresh, tasty acidity and dryness that makes it sharp. 😋😋😋😋
(It is a fire-brewed honjozo sake.)
Sweetness and spiciness are slightly dry. Body is fine.
The aluzo additives are not bothersome.
Priced at 2000 yen without tax.
(The No. 4 bottle was 1,100 yen.)
I picked this one up because I had a vague recollection of someone's high evaluation of it at Sake-no-wa, and I recommend it in a bottle for those who are OK with aluzochi.
