Yesterday, a local friend of mine came to visit and we opened a nice bottle of sake for the occasion 😆.
It has a beautiful, fruity rice aroma, is delicious and moderately sweet, with a hint of sourness and bitterness that gives it a depth of flavor and a clean, crisp finish....
It was a bottle that made me realize how delicious tasake really is...!
