This is Izumikawa, a local brand of Tobiroki purchased on a trip to Fukushima.
I bought it in a bottle because they didn't have any Yongo bottles...lol
It was my first time to drink it, but it is very good!
It is very smooth from the first sip, and it seems to soak into the body easily. It is very smooth from the first sip.
The taste is fruity with a hint of 🍌 and you can really taste the mildness and umami of the rice, but the finish is clean and refreshing, so you can drink more ✨.
I think I could finish a whole bottle of this in no time 😆 lol.
