A bottle brewed by the tag team of Machida Shuzo and Mashidaya. 🤝
I had the last of a bottle, so I could hardly feel any gas, and it was a very nice sake, with the soft sweetness of Junmai on the palate, followed by a sharp and bitter taste after passing through the throat. 😋
