I don't usually pick up a lot of these, but with Suppin No. 9, I'm thinking I'll pull a little pop. I thought it would be a big-boned sake with 18% alc. There is too much gap between the label and the sake 😅. The aroma is just as good as No. 9. The full-bodied and pungent taste is like a big tsunami. It makes my chest hot just like when I drink whiskey. It tastes good, but it might be hard to drink one bottle of this for a night.

I fell prey to the quick freeze button, which is a certain Lemacom thing. When I got home after work, all the stock bottles were ticking😭. Shinomine was afraid a bottle was broken! This Hayashi was also thawed out naturally from a fully frozen bottle. I really wanted to let it sit longer, but now I have no choice but to taste it. I'm not sure. I don't know how much influence the flash freezing has, but it tastes very good cold. The pungency is adequate, but the acidity is very nice. I think it will be okay even if I let it sit for a while longer.

Taste only at this time of year. It has the roughness and gorgeousness of a direct-fermented sake. The acidity, spiciness, and sharpness derived from the sake's origins are also well-defined. It is a sake that must be drunk up, but it may be very useful for the hanami scene.

I think it's a fire-entry. That's a different impression from the Tanaka Rokuugo you get at the store. 14 degrees is fine, but it shouldn't be watery. I would like to see one more characteristic. I think there should be more.

It is a gift from a senior in Chiba. The second day after opening the bottle. The sweetness and aroma can be confirmed more clearly after bringing it to room temperature. It's a nice and smooth sake. It is delicious.

Yamato Shizuku is a recent favorite. Jun Dai, 100% Momota from Akita. I think this is my first time to drink Momota. My nose is congested with pollen, but it's easy to drink, sweet and sour, with a little bit of sweetness left, but I still think it's well made. I think I'll give it a try this year.

I was thinking that I was getting tired of the new Oragami sake, but then another tasty one came along. The gasiness and slight salty taste are good accents. The aroma is only a little bit at the end. The bitterness is almost nonexistent, but the softness of the oriogara is still there. It's a good sake!

Finally, I can drink at home. Hayashi. The way the acidity is handled is amazing. As the temperature rises, the umami comes to the surface, a flavor that is hard to find in other sakes. I wonder if it will grow on its own or at room temperature. After drinking it to some extent, I would like to let it sit for a while. This is very useful.

This is so good! It is better than Hirodo nigori. The supernatant, transparency, and depth are outstanding. Even when stirred, there is little bitterness, and the creamy sweetness increases even more. Hey Ceee❣️ brilliant~‼️

Not so much nigori as nigori. It is somewhere between light nigori and nigori. It has a strong ginjo aroma, with a sweet start and a lingering bitter aftertaste. It is a standard sake with a bitter taste.

I look forward to it every year. Is the aroma a little stronger this year? It's a little different from usual. Maybe they have changed their approach? I think it would be better not to follow the latest trends. Or at least, release a different brand. I used to like the classic Abukuma-like sweetness with a time lag, but this is just not the same sake.

Today I went home from a business trip to Tokyo for the first time in a while. I didn't have any stock, so I picked up something that looked like it at Sendai station on my way home. It's not flashy, but it has a very convincing flavor. It probably tastes better heated, but I didn't want to bother with that, so I served it cold.

Two rabbits with nice 🌈 colors. This is soooo good! The condensation is exquisite. Not too hard, not too soft. The flow from sweet and sour attack to fresh and sharp is also beautiful. I wonder if it goes well with sake from the west. I want to drink Shinomine, Kuheiji, and Ni Usagi anytime.

Sake that smells, not relying on aroma. You can taste pure rice flavor and sweetness straight away, and it is not the low alcohol of the time, but retro. But outstandingly delicious. ❗️ It's easier to drink when hi-ire, but it's also great when raw. I'm looking forward to more in the future. ❣️

Long time no gakkyu. It says unfiltered and unpasteurized, but I'm not sure if it's unpasteurized or not. Maybe it is once-heated. It has a refreshing feeling like a citrus sour, with no dryness or bitterness. It has a lightness and astringency that cut through. It lacks a bit of extract, but anyone can be satisfied with this flavor for less than 3,000 yen. It tastes good even when chilled. Easy to handle!
