I went to the sake brewery and bought it.
With all due respect, I had no idea about this sake, so I had to stop by while visiting Tamamae Shrine in Joso Ichinomiya.

This is a sausage platter.
I bought it at a local brewery last September and forgot about it in the fridge, but after letting it sit for almost a year, it seems to have mellowed a lot.
It's a good beer, but it's not as good as it could have been if I had just bought it.
