I really like the fruity and crisp aftertaste. But I can't describe it well, so I looked up how to describe it... It has a clean acidity reminiscent of apples and a fruity expression of the impactful flavor of unfiltered raw sake. And that's it. I see, this fruity flavor is apple๐ŸŽ! I didn't know that! I learned again!

We also received a local Chiba sake๐Ÿถ, Koshikoi! Drinking it after the bonito masamune, I felt the fruity taste in my mouth and it was very easy to drink without any peculiarities, but it was very, very full and delicious! My mother and I also enjoyed this one, and we ate and drank too much (lol)! But it was a happy weekend in Katsuura, eating delicious food and drinking delicious sake! I'm going to work hard from tomorrow!

On a weekend that felt like spring, I took a trip to Katsuura with my mother and my 98-year-old aunt for the first time in a long time! Yes, the Katsuura Big Hinamatsuri Doll Festival! The big hinadana was a sight to behold, but we also enjoyed delicious sushi and local Chiba sake ๐Ÿถ! I thought the first sip would be refreshingly dry, but it was quite firm and robustly dry! I looked up katsuo masamune and found out that it was originally created to make bonito tasty. I see... ๐Ÿง. It was dry to my liking, and my mother and I drank it in large gulps... I recommend it to those who like strong sake!

The mouthfeel is melon? It feels like a fruit! But it is very refreshing and sharp! I am studying sake and like dry sake! I thought I would like it, but I was surprised to find that I like it soft on the palate, but with a clean, crisp aftertaste. I am still learning!

Sake Sansai todayโ™ช Hinahana Mama recommended Hirotogawa! I am not a fan of nigori-style sake, but this one is sweet but not unpleasant! It has a strong gaseous taste and is very drinkable! Thank you, HinaHanaMama!

@HinaHanaMama Thank you for your comment ๐Ÿ˜Š I'm still learning about sake, but I always look forward to HinaHanaMama's posts! And thank you for introducing me to some delicious looking sake, I walked into the store today and as soon as I saw the label, I said, "Please give me this one! (lol). The person I was with said, "I thought you didn't like nigori? I am glad I gave it a try! I was able to learn about nigori in a new way, and my world has broadened!

Drinking comparison of the crop: โค๏ธŽ Compared to the Junmai Ginjo I just had, it has a sweet but crisp refreshing taste, and I still think I personally prefer the Daiginjo! I didn't know what Nakatori was, but I looked it up! Nakatori is the clearest part of the sake that does not include the initial rough running and the final blaming in the pressing process. It has a gorgeous, fruity aroma and an elegant taste with smooth sweetness and pleasant acidity. It is delicious enough to be served in a sake cup, but you can enjoy its "elegant" aroma and smooth taste even more if you pour it into a wine glass. It is an excellent match for Western cuisine such as rich cream soups based on seafood or sautรฉed with butter. I see... Next time, I would like to try it with a glass of wine.

It's elegant on the last day of the holidays. It smells so good that I want to drink it in a wine glass. I would like to try it next time.

Hagi no Tsuru Cat Label Series "Kotatsu Neko It has a fruity but gorgeous aroma, a sweet umami taste, and a soft taste of rice. This junmai ginjo nama sake has a slightly carbonated freshness and elegant sweetness. I wanted to conquer the cat series! Next up, Sakura Neko๐Ÿˆ.
