This is a limited-edition draft sake for New Chitose Airport. For some reason, the blue bottle and the total feeling of being swoon-worthy caught my attention, and after looking around, I spoke with the in-store sales person and purchased the bottle. The mouthfeel is fruity, but as you drink it, you get a strange feeling of dryness. The aftertaste is clean! The aftertaste is not so bad, but it is not harsh, and it is easy to drink. The taste of the sake alone is enough to make you feel as if you don't need much snacks. I was also drawn in by the charm of nama sake!

The Shikoku! It is incredibly dry, and the sweetness and acidity hit you hard in the mouth! I love this label ๐Ÿท๏ธ! I can't stop drinking it!

I have been a fan of Hirotogawa after drinking Hirotogawa and Nigori before, but this is a shockingly delicious sake! The refreshing aftertaste is my favorite sake! As a limited time only sake, it has a fresh taste and is made with local sake rice and yeast, which gives it a smooth and deep flavor! That's what I'm talking about ๐Ÿ‘ I'm still drinking ๐Ÿถ.
