I have been a fan of Hirotogawa after drinking Hirotogawa and Nigori before, but this is a shockingly delicious sake!
The refreshing aftertaste is my favorite sake!
As a limited time only sake, it has a fresh taste and is made with local sake rice and yeast, which gives it a smooth and deep flavor!
That's what I'm talking about 👍
I'm still drinking 🍶.
This sake has a sweetness that can be felt in the mouth and has a robust flavor.
What is the sweetness? It's definitely not melon (laughs).
After all, sake is delicious 😋.
I didn't drink that much, but I was having fun and getting drunk!
It was very easy to drink, even if it felt soggy at first! The lightness changes my taste! I feel like it's a little too light!
I'm already getting drunk (laughs)
I had never heard of this sake, but the moment I drank it, it tasted so good!
I could feel the umami of the rice with the volume that is typical of nama sake!
I wonder if the sweet aftertaste of the sake is the umami of the rice?
The moment I drink it, I feel the acidity so much.
I'm getting drunk though, so I don't know the details,
I've never been a fan of acidity in coffee either, but I can drink this and it's very good!
It is different from the Sentori I drank a while ago, and I like it because it has a robust taste!
I'm still wondering what kind of taste I like ......... (lol)
This is also very dry, a change from what I was drinking before!
I love the taste of the first sip, the piercing mouthfeel, but the sharpness that spreads in the mouth!
It's a classy sake 🍶.
I really like the fruity and crisp aftertaste.
But I can't describe it well, so I looked up how to describe it...
It has a clean acidity reminiscent of apples and a fruity expression of the impactful flavor of unfiltered raw sake.
And that's it.
I see, this fruity flavor is apple🍎! I didn't know that!
I learned again!
You can really taste the rice flavor, but the aftertaste is very smooth.
It has been a long time since I drank it, but I must say, Kariho is delicious!
We also received a local Chiba sake🍶, Koshikoi!
Drinking it after the bonito masamune, I felt the fruity taste in my mouth and it was very easy to drink without any peculiarities, but it was very, very full and delicious!
My mother and I also enjoyed this one, and we ate and drank too much (lol)!
But it was a happy weekend in Katsuura, eating delicious food and drinking delicious sake!
I'm going to work hard from tomorrow!
On a weekend that felt like spring, I took a trip to Katsuura with my mother and my 98-year-old aunt for the first time in a long time!
Yes, the Katsuura Big Hinamatsuri Doll Festival!
The big hinadana was a sight to behold, but we also enjoyed delicious sushi and local Chiba sake 🍶!
I thought the first sip would be refreshingly dry, but it was quite firm and robustly dry!
I looked up katsuo masamune and found out that it was originally created to make bonito tasty. I see... 🧐.
It was dry to my liking, and my mother and I drank it in large gulps...
I recommend it to those who like strong sake!
The mouthfeel is melon? It feels like a fruit!
But it is very refreshing and sharp!
I am studying sake and like dry sake! I thought I would like it, but I was surprised to find that I like it soft on the palate, but with a clean, crisp aftertaste.
I am still learning!
@nabe.
Thank you for your comment 😊
I really like the sake from Fukushima, it's delicious and I personally like the taste!
If you have any other recommendations, please let me know!
The delicious taste of rice spreads in the mouth in a well-balanced manner, which is unique to Junmai-shu.
The aftertaste is clean and refreshing.
I may like sake with a good sharpness!
Sake Sansai today♪
Hinahana Mama recommended Hirotogawa!
I am not a fan of nigori-style sake, but this one is sweet but not unpleasant!
It has a strong gaseous taste and is very drinkable!
Thank you, HinaHanaMama!
Good evening, Kessera-Sera😄.
I'm sorry to be thanked by you 🙇♀️
I really enjoyed it so much that I genuinely wanted you all to have a taste of it, and that's why this is my longest review 🤗 thank you for your continued support 🥰.

Thank you for your comment 😊
I'm still learning about sake, but I always look forward to HinaHanaMama's posts!
And thank you for introducing me to some delicious looking sake, I walked into the store today and as soon as I saw the label, I said, "Please give me this one! (lol).
The person I was with said, "I thought you didn't like nigori? I am glad I gave it a try!
I was able to learn about nigori in a new way, and my world has broadened!
