A regional summer sake made in collaboration with a brewery! Abekan from DATE 7, Kura Summer! I think I like Abe-kan after all! I really like the sake that has a strong rice flavor, but also has a smooth sharpness that makes me think ๐Ÿถ. I really like Abe-kan!

The moment I drank it, I felt sweetness, and it was the first fruity sake๐Ÿถ I have had in a long time! I had the impression that it had been a long time since I had had a fruity sake. But it is very easy to drink with its gorgeous but not unpleasant aroma and clean, elegant sweetness and acidity! I am a dry sake drinker, but it was very easy to drink! Also... DATE SEVEN" is a sake brewing event in which seven sake breweries share the brewing process to make one sake. This year's leader breweries were Urakasumi and Hakurakusei! By brewing the same rice and at the same rice polishing ratio, the breweries aimed to create a taste that is more distinct from each other. Urakasumi is a Junmai Daiginjo that uses Kyokai No. 12 yeast and has a fresh and assertive aroma and a taste that harmonizes sweetness and acidity. A refreshing sea bottle that goes well with seafood. Hakurakusei has a mellow upper aroma reminiscent of ripe melon. The mountain bottle has a fresh acidity and gentle sweetness like white grapes that spreads on the palate and goes well with cheese and meat dishes. Please enjoy the two different tastes caused by the difference in yeast and brewer. Today we had it with sashimi, and it was the perfect sake for seafood! We were so happy, thank you ๐Ÿ˜‹!

Sake given to me as a souvenir by a fellow senior drinking traveler๐Ÿถ. It is gorgeous but dry. The moment you put it in your mouth, you feel this sweetness, but it doesn't linger, and it is very easy to drink! By the way...the "Hanegi Shibori" is a traditional technique that requires a lot of time and effort. The "Hanegi Shibori" method, which has been passed down from generation to generation at Yoshidaya, is a very delicate way of sake brewing, and there are only a few sake breweries left in Japan that are able to perform the "Hanegi Shibori" method. This sake is also made with Abelia flower yeast, which was isolated through research conducted by the Department of Brewing at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Junior College of Agriculture.

Sendai station only! I decided to try it because I was attracted by the I was excited to see what kind of sake it was, and found it to be a clear, slightly dry, and beautiful sake! I like this sake because it is smooth and easy to drink like water. It went well with sushi to end our trip to Sendai.

Haginotsuru's very popular "Cat Label Series" is available in limited quantities! This is the second summer sake, "Yuusagari Neko". It is a very gorgeous and fruity sake that women seem to like. Drinking it in a wine glass, you can enjoy the rich aroma that enters through the nose before you even put your mouth on it.

Since we came to the Kadonowaki Elementary School and Tsunami Lore Museum, which are the remains of the earthquake in Ishinomaki, we had Ishinomaki sake with Ishinomaki oden! It was my first time to drink Suminosoe, and I found it to be very tasty, refreshing, but not too sweet, and with a great umami flavor. I recommend it as a food sake. Ishinomaki Oden is characterized by its use of saba-bushi (mackerel bones) in the broth, and vegetable oden, which I had for the first time. The sweetness of the small onions and the crunchy edamame (green soybeans) and their strong aroma went well with the Suminoe!

It is said to be a junmai ginjo sake made from Miyagi's representative brand, Sasanishiki, which is carefully grown in the rich natural environment of the scenic Sabusawa Island in Matsushima Bay, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan. It is limited to the current season and is not easily available in Tokyo! The sake has a very nice fresh aroma, with a slight sweetness, but it is very refreshing and easy to drink.

Sake cups from Otaru Kitaichi Glass, which were given to me as a souvenir from a senior drinking buddy at work and as a farewell gift from everyone at my former workplace. The nice cool design is perfect for summer and makes the sake taste even better. As for the sake! Alps Masamune, so delicious! It's crisp and refreshing, but the water? It is crisp and refreshing, but the water used is different, so the refreshing feeling is totally different from usual, and it goes down your throat very well, making it a refreshing drink! So, I kept sipping and sipping and kept drinking too much.
