Lightly cloudy with a strong aroma. It is sweet, but the acidity prevails over the sweetness. The aftertaste is short and fades away quickly, leaving behind a pleasantly astringent and umami flavor. It fits the image of a fireworks display. It is a strange feeling that I have never had before. It is like a lemon squash, like a spodori...but Tenmei is still very delicious 🤤.

Long time appearance. It has a good aroma with a hint of sourness. It has less sweetness and umami than the normal appearance, but it tastes exactly like a modern appearance. However, the aftertaste changes to a classic sake-like flavor in the latter half of the bottle. It's delicious 🤤It's a nice figure👍.

First Tazake in a long time. It smells gorgeous from the moment the bottle is opened. It tastes good gradually. I knew this was great! 〜It's a very good wine. There are no negative elements at all and I really like it. It is true that Yamadanishiki is more gorgeous, but this is also a great sake 🍶.

I bought it due to the liquor store's push. To be honest, I had never heard of this brand. The aroma is gorgeous. A thick sweetness spreads. The lingering aftertaste disappears slowly without being persistent. There is almost no acidity. It is very tasty and I like it. I would like to drink something other than nigori. I am glad to meet new people like this. ☺️Thanks to the liquor store.

It's been a long time since I've tasted Kangiku. The thickness of the mouthfeel is different. It is fire-aged, but it has a gaseous feel and bubbles in the glass. It is sweet, but not too sweet, and has a refreshing sourness that makes it very easy to drink. Denshogiku is also good, but I personally prefer this one. It is a popular brand and very tasty 🤤.

Refreshing aroma. Apples? Young melon? Sweetness like This is delicious. There is not much acidity, and the aftertaste is weak. Maybe that's why it is so easy to drink and keeps you going. So, Tokushima is the only place left in Shikoku. We still have a long way to go to conquer Japan.

For some reason, this is my first Mimuro cedar. I have given it as a gift to others, but never drank it myself. The sweetness, umami, and bitterness are thicker than I expected. The aroma and acidity seem to be restrained. But the overall balance is great and it is a good sake. It is delicious 🤤.

I had somehow not been able to reach out to Raifuku. I had a chance to buy it. The aroma is weak, the sweetness comes at first, but gradually there is a bitter taste and a heavy alcohol taste. It is not my favorite type.

Gagakuyo that I was concerned about. It has a chili feeling. The aroma is refreshing. It has a sweet taste, but it is easy to drink with a strong sense of refreshment. It does not have a fruity taste, but rather, it is as if the good points of rice have been taken out. This is delicious.

The shelves of the liquor store here are surrounded by Abe-san and Houou Mita, so I couldn't reach out to them 😂 But they are very tasty, low alcohol and seem to be good for the body. This is the first time for me to drink directly pumped sake. I can't tell much difference but it seems rounder or calmer than when it was new sake. The sweet juicy aroma is irresistible 😊. As for the taste, it is unquestionably insanely delicious 🤤.

Then here it is. This is Nozomu, which I had a chance to drink but never got around to it. This is the quietest nigori we have had this season. The taste and aroma are mild, but there is a strong fruitiness and sweetness in the aftertaste. This pattern may be rare...? Sake is really interesting because there are so many different types 👏.

The moon after the first rain. The name is beautiful and I have a feeling it will be delicious. The aroma when poured into a glass is gorgeous. The sweetness and umami rush into the mouth. The aftertaste is not dull, as it cuts off quickly with bitterness. There is a subtle gaseous sensation. Very delicious 🤤. I paired it with cheese and oysters, but it might be good on its own. This kind of gorgeous fruity is hard to find a good accompaniment 😂.
