I bought this because I made motsu-ni (stewed pork) and wanted to drink it warmed. It's not too strong and it's very refreshing. It was very tasty since I've been drinking a lot of sweet fruity sake lately. I paired it with yellowtail and radish later. It goes well with fish! I guess it goes better with Japanese seasonings than with fish. It's so good!

I was looking forward to drinking it, as the store staff told me it was dry. The aroma was weak and colorless. It was very refreshing and easy to drink with food. It is easy to drink and delicious. I served it with seared shime saba (mackerel) and warmed it up for the second glass. The second glass was served warm. The umami of the rice is easy to drink without losing any of its flavor, but it seems to have become too rounded, and I think it has lost some of the important things. Next time I'll drink it at a lower temperature.

The first time I had a Yuki no Mayu. I've been curious about it for a long time, but never got around to drinking it. Just pouring it into a glass, I could smell the sweet smell. The color was light and cloudy. It was fruity and sweet without being alcoholic. It was so good!

The aroma is weak before drinking. When you put it in your mouth, it has a pleasant aroma. It smells like cedar or cypress, as it has wood in its name. The aftertaste is not too strong, but just right. I was able to purchase it on a trip, but it will be a while before I can drink it again, considering where I live.

This was my first Huayangbao. My personal impression was that it was not that sweet, fruity and pineapple juice-like. Still, the aroma, taste and aftertaste were more than enough. I like it the best. The snack was grilled silverfish with sakekasu using sakekasu purchased at the brewery. Delicious.

The aroma is weak. Drinking it, one wonders if it is similar to Oze no Yukidoke no Hiyayogoshi. It is not fruity or sweet, but the aftertaste smells like alcohol. Personally, I do not like this type of sake. When I drank it again about a week after opening the bottle, the sweetness and alcohol smell was gone and it changed to a clear sweet taste. I like it very much in this way. It is delicious.

SENKYO, a long time since I last tasted it. It is said to be a recovery sake from the Noto earthquake. I bought it in the hope that I could help out even a little. It is still my favorite sake, perhaps because it is the sake that made me personally fall in love with sake. Light sweetness and acidity. The balance is perfect!
