At Ponshukan Uonuma Kamagura on the 1st floor. Sado sake comparison. Relatively heavy. It has a strong flavor, so it is not as good as the snacks.

It is the recommended brewery for this month. Since we were there, we tried it. It's a little bit mild. It is very deep. Anyway, Ponshukan was a lot of fun!

This was my favorite. I drank many different kinds of wine over the two days, but each had its own character, and I felt like I was in the same room with the basic light and dry line. It was very crowded and everyone was enjoying themselves.

Fruity but not sweet. The mouthfeel is neither heavy nor light. Just right? This is also a sake that would go well with a meal.

I was hungry, so this time I went to a corner restaurant. The adult potato salad was delicious. We started with Kirinzan Ponsyu Sour. It was very refreshing and delicious. We ordered more cheese and other drinks and chose this one. It was delicious, but the impact of Kirinzan was so strong that I don't remember what it tasted like. But I do remember that it was refreshing and not sweet 😂.

It is rather dry but fruity with a hint of sweetness. It is delicious. It's fun to drink a little bit of Ponshukan at a time. I'm glad I came.

My first brand. I guess it makes you wonder if this is what they call "light and dry"? I don't know much about it, but I thought it would go well with a meal.

This is delicious! If you drink it with the image of Hiragana, it's a completely different drink, but it's refreshing and easy to drink. This was my favorite.

I really wanted to come to Ponshukan during my business trip. I chose this hotel because I wanted to come here. First of all, this one. It was slightly sweet and fruity. I guess it was more like a dry wine.

I knew the name, but this was the first time I bought it. I was told by the store staff to be careful when opening the bottle, so I opened the bottle with caution, as I have recently had a bad experience with Mutsu Hachisen. It is naturally shrieky. The aroma is weak. The fruity sweetness and acidity are not that strong, and there is a moderate bitterness, making it easy to drink. 14 degrees Celsius, so it is easy to open if you are not careful.

I was careful, but it still exploded. lol It is a nigori sake with good energy. I like nigori so I am very happy to drink nigori in summer. ☺️ It is a very crisp type. It has a nigori-like aroma, but the sweetness and acidity are not too strong and it is very easy to drink. I would like to drink it again next year.

Machida after a long time. Today we will go with Gunma sake. This one has a pleasant bitterness with a moderate sweetness. I felt it was a very well-balanced sake. It is delicious. It is a very good sake at a reasonable price!

The label made it sound insanely delicious ✨. The flavor was even better without betraying it. Sweet pineapple-like aroma, with a slight effervescence. It's sweet, easy to drink and the flavor is thick. It's delicious too 🤤.

It's been a long time since I had a Hakkaisan. It's been so long that I can't even remember when I last drank it. Personally, I don't think it has a light flavor, and the mellowness of the arugula gives it a gentle but not sweet taste. The rice polishing ratio is 55% and the alcohol content is 15.5 degrees. I didn't understand it in the past, but it is a wonderful sake as a new awareness 🍶.

We captured it safely. What do you think of this adult lemon squash? It has a strong lemon-like acidity. The sweetness and alcohol taste are mild, and it's a refreshing drink. I had a similar lemon taste with bunraku reborn a long time ago, but this one is more lemon-like. This is the one that I would accidentally drink. ⚠️ As the bottle is opened, the sweetness and acidity come out and the flavor increases. At this stage, the aftertaste is like a white wine 🥰.

I bought it again to taste the difference from the regular version. It has been a while since I have had a special pure version, but it was still delicious. How about this one? It is still delicious. I think the aroma and sweetness are stronger than the regular version. If it becomes even more umami, it will be the Yamadanishiki of the end of the year. Tasake is the best 🍶.

The other day I had a Kukai, which was shockingly delicious, so I couldn't forget it and chose this one. From the aroma, you can sense a full, fruity flavor. As you can see, the sweetness and umami rush into your mouth. The acidity is not too strong and disappears quickly with a pleasant bitterness. It is also delicious. However, I personally preferred Kukai. 🙇‍♂️

Lightly cloudy with a strong aroma. It is sweet, but the acidity prevails over the sweetness. The aftertaste is short and fades away quickly, leaving behind a pleasantly astringent and umami flavor. It fits the image of a fireworks display. It is a strange feeling that I have never had before. It is like a lemon squash, like a spodori...but Tenmei is still very delicious 🤤.

Long time appearance. It has a good aroma with a hint of sourness. It has less sweetness and umami than the normal appearance, but it tastes exactly like a modern appearance. However, the aftertaste changes to a classic sake-like flavor in the latter half of the bottle. It's delicious 🤤It's a nice figure👍.
