First Tazake in a long time. It smells gorgeous from the moment the bottle is opened. It tastes good gradually. I knew this was great!
〜It's a very good wine. There are no negative elements at all and I really like it. It is true that Yamadanishiki is more gorgeous, but this is also a great sake 🍶.

I bought it due to the liquor store's push. To be honest, I had never heard of this brand.
The aroma is gorgeous. A thick sweetness spreads. The lingering aftertaste disappears slowly without being persistent. There is almost no acidity.
It is very tasty and I like it. I would like to drink something other than nigori. I am glad to meet new people like this. ☺️Thanks to the liquor store.

It's been a long time since I've tasted Kangiku. The thickness of the mouthfeel is different.
It is fire-aged, but it has a gaseous feel and bubbles in the glass.
It is sweet, but not too sweet, and has a refreshing sourness that makes it very easy to drink.
Denshogiku is also good, but I personally prefer this one.
It is a popular brand and very tasty 🤤.

For some reason, this is my first Mimuro cedar. I have given it as a gift to others, but never drank it myself.
The sweetness, umami, and bitterness are thicker than I expected. The aroma and acidity seem to be restrained. But the overall balance is great and it is a good sake. It is delicious 🤤.

The shelves of the liquor store here are surrounded by Abe-san and Houou Mita, so I couldn't reach out to them 😂 But they are very tasty, low alcohol and seem to be good for the body. This is the first time for me to drink directly pumped sake. I can't tell much difference but it seems rounder or calmer than when it was new sake. The sweet juicy aroma is irresistible 😊.
As for the taste, it is unquestionably insanely delicious 🤤.

The moon after the first rain. The name is beautiful and I have a feeling it will be delicious. The aroma when poured into a glass is gorgeous. The sweetness and umami rush into the mouth. The aftertaste is not dull, as it cuts off quickly with bitterness. There is a subtle gaseous sensation. Very delicious 🤤.
I paired it with cheese and oysters, but it might be good on its own.
This kind of gorgeous fruity is hard to find a good accompaniment 😂.
