First time drinking. The gassy feeling? It is sweet and sour. It's sweet and sour and really interesting, like a white wine but different. It's delicious 😋I can't buy it at all so I don't know when the next one will be. The stopper is a cork, so it's a bit of a pain 🤣.

A series of sunrises. Premium is truly amazing. The fruity aroma from the glass, the gorgeous flavor in the mouth, and the slight bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste. It is still the most delicious and my favorite. It is a real treat!

Next was Yamada-Nishiki. It is still gorgeous. Full of fruitiness and umami. The aroma is also good. Personally, I think I prefer Hachitanishiki to Yamadanishiki. No matter what you drink, Hana-yoso is always delicious.

Sake Mirai. rice produced by 14yo. I guess I was expecting too much - for lack of a better word, a common type of sweet fruity. It was delicious, but I didn't feel it had any special character. I had assumed that Eikoufuji-sama had a unique character from the name of the sake. Sorry. It's usually insanely delicious 🤤.
