It's been a long time since I had a Hakkaisan. It's been so long that I can't even remember when I last drank it.
Personally, I don't think it has a light flavor, and the mellowness of the arugula gives it a gentle but not sweet taste.
The rice polishing ratio is 55% and the alcohol content is 15.5 degrees. I didn't understand it in the past, but it is a wonderful sake as a new awareness 🍶.
