At Heiwa Doburoku Kabuto-cho Brewery. Slightly sparkling sake served from the tap. Fresh and delicious 😭 We also had a doburoku made with hops. For doburoku, it was less sweet and refreshing from the hops. There are a lot of rice grains in it, so after drinking it, I chewed on the rice. I would like to stop by again when I take a walk around the nearby antenna stores. I would like to stop by again.

Who bought it? I opened the one that had been in the fridge for a while! When I drank the supernatant, it seemed sweet. When I mixed it, it had a refreshing sourness and rice flavor. I like Kido ❤️

At Yurakucho Tokuda Sake Shop. Does it smell like wood? It is not sweet, so I didn't realize it was Aki-Lika until I looked it up. It is just right for a mid-meal snack.

Purchased at Dokuhokan. Omachi is Okayama Prefecture's sake rice, but does it taste different from sake made with Omachi from other prefectures? I thought so. It is not as sweet as the Omachi sake I have had in the past, and I think it has less aroma and fruity taste. Are most sake from Okayama Prefecture quite crisp? It was different from what I imagined, but it was refreshing, easy to drink, and delicious. Miyashita Sake Brewery's Dokuhokan is a 3-minute walk from Nishikawara Station, the next station to Okayama Station! We went there to cool off as it was already too hot for outdoor sightseeing. The restaurant serves sake, beer, gin, and whiskey. We had a sake and beer comparison. We didn't get to try the food because we had already eaten, but some of the dishes were made with beer and looked delicious. We bought a bottle of gin and tonic at the store and had it on the bullet train on our way home.

Sweetness is for a moment when you drink it. The rest is refreshing. It doesn't interfere with the food...or so I thought, I thought it would not interfere with food... but the label on the bottle said it was like a green apple. But the shop's label said it had a green apple-like taste. Hachinohe Sake Brewery's website says melon, banana.... I kept it in the fridge for about 2 weeks, Did the taste change? Did I make a mistake with the food I paired it with?

Purchased at Kamasuya Shoten in Hachioji Aroma and taste are both very Omachi. Good aroma, moderate sweetness and bitterness. Super fine bubbles? It had a tangy taste.

Fresh, fruity, sweet, fragrant. Not very Niigata-like? When I visited Niigata, I drank sake from the same brewery at a soba noodle shop and enjoyed it, so I bought it at Ponshukan in Niigata Station!
