It has a nice sweet and bitter taste and aroma. The aftertaste is clean and sharp.
I was careful to open the bottle, but I let it sit for a bit, maybe because I put it in the fridge standing up? Was it because I left it standing in the fridge? The carbonation is not so strong and I was able to open it easily.

I tasted it and it was delicious so I bought it!
The aroma was more fragrant than when I tasted it, sweet but a little spicy and delicious😍.
I want to go to the sake camp again next year!

It said beware of opening fizzy bottle.
I didn't feel much fizz.
It says "super dry" but it is not that dry.
But it wasn't that dry, it was more like light.
There was a little bit of oriki at the bottom.
It is just right for during a meal.

Hideyoshiとろとろと 練り上げにごり酒

Purchased at a local liquor store.
I enjoyed the difference in taste by mixing the top clear liquid at first and then shaking it after the second glass.
It is not foamy, so I had no problem mixing it vigorously.
When mixed, it was so sloppy that it left a sticky residue of lees around the bottle.
It was tasty and easy to drink with a sweet taste of rice, a little sourness, and a clean aftertaste.

十八盛純米しぼりたて 無濾過生原酒

Probably purchased at Osaka-ya in Kichijoji.
The aroma and taste I have never had before.
I'm pretty sure it was blue banana... as the description on the store shelf said.
It is indeed fresh and banana-like, but not sweet, but still tart and bitter like it is green. A clean aftertaste.
It was delicious!

I thought it tasted stronger and sweeter.
It was fragrant and very tasty 😋.
