It is not sweet, so I didn't realize it was Aki-Lika until I looked it up.

Purchased at Dokuhokan.
Omachi is Okayama Prefecture's sake rice, but does it taste different from sake made with Omachi from other prefectures? I thought so.
It is not as sweet as the Omachi sake I have had in the past, and I think it has less aroma and fruity taste.
Are most sake from Okayama Prefecture quite crisp?
It was different from what I imagined, but it was refreshing, easy to drink, and delicious.
Miyashita Sake Brewery's Dokuhokan is a 3-minute walk from Nishikawara Station, the next station to Okayama Station!
We went there to cool off as it was already too hot for outdoor sightseeing.
The restaurant serves sake, beer, gin, and whiskey.
We had a sake and beer comparison.
We didn't get to try the food because we had already eaten, but some of the dishes were made with beer and looked delicious.
We bought a bottle of gin and tonic at the store and had it on the bullet train on our way home.

Sweetness is for a moment when you drink it. The rest is refreshing.
It doesn't interfere with the food...or so I thought,
I thought it would not interfere with food... but the label on the bottle said it was like a green apple.
But the shop's label said it had a green apple-like taste.
Hachinohe Sake Brewery's website says melon, banana....
I kept it in the fridge for about 2 weeks,
Did the taste change?
Did I make a mistake with the food I paired it with?

Nice aroma
The aroma is sweet, but when you drink it, it is not too sweet and easy to drink.
Dewa Sanzan has an image of sourness, but this one has less sourness.
