Purchased at Yamagata Antenna Shop
Nice aroma
The aroma is sweet, but when you drink it, it is not too sweet and easy to drink.
Dewa Sanzan has an image of sourness, but this one has less sourness.
I bought it at Muto-ya in Sendai Station.
Muto-ya recommends what kind of sake you want and explains its characteristics to you.
This sake is a mix of rice, so it is a little complex. It has a distinctive taste.
It has a fruity sourness like apples, and the low alcohol content makes it quite easy to drink.
This is one of the ones recommended by the staff at the Muto-ya in Sendai Station after consulting with the clerk about a sweeter version.
Slightly effervescent
At first, I thought it was sweet, but as I drank it, I thought it was spicy. But as I drank it, I thought it was spicy. I thought it was spicy.
It may depend on the food you drink it with.
Hometown Products
Not nigori, but doburoku? It's not a sparkling sake, so I shook it well and drank it.
It is not too sweet, not more than amazake, and the spiciness is just right.
I often buy W from Watanabe Sake Brewery in my neighborhood and drink it, but I like all of them.
Sweetness, aroma, a little spiciness, just right.
The corkage is quite small. A little cloudy and slightly yellow.
Thank you very much.
HANA-YOUKAKU is delicious.
I received this as a gift.
Sparkling, not too sweet, with a nice aroma.
It was quite sparkling, and when I opened the bottle, I was afraid it would spurt out if I opened it all at once. I was so excited that I overflowed.
Recently often (?) Flat polished rice that you see
Sweet, spicy, bitter, slightly effervescent, everything just right! (Personal opinion).
I would buy it if the liquor store still has it in stock!
