It was about 1,700 yen for a four-pack at Seijo Ishii in Umeda. It was rare to find a sake from Gunma, so I bought it immediately. The first sip had a gorgeous apple flavor, followed by a mellow mouthfeel and a crisp finish. It is personally one of the best sake I have had in the past few bottles. Quite tasty. Highly recommended.

Visited the sake brewery in Tomita in person to purchase. The price was about 1,300 yen for a four-pack. I have been working in Takatsuki for quite a while now, but I recently learned that there is a local sake brewery in the area. Since it was a chance encounter, I was grateful to drink it. My first impression was dry, but the richness came later. It is quite tasty.

The sharpness that comes immediately seems to go well with any kind of food. It is a representative of a clean, dry sake, but it also has a richness derived from the rice.
