It was about 1,200 yen for a four-pack at a nearby Kakuyasu. As soon as the bottle was opened, it had a gorgeous apple aroma. And the mouthfeel is light and mellow. It is right in the middle of my taste. There was also a higher grade junmai ginjo, so next time I will try that one. ‼️

A bottle of sake was 150 yen at a nearby Kakuyasu. It was on clearance. I read your review and found that it was fruity, but this is probably because it is a honjozo, and the heavy rice flavor comes first. If this is the case, I would like to try Junmai at some point.

A four-pack bottle at Aeon Liquor in Jimbocho for just under 1,000 yen. The first sip is a banana flavor. When I drink it, I find it to be a beautifully smooth sake. I drink it with a tin cup I received as a birthday present. It is a moment of bliss. I will pair it with sashimi of sea bream. ☺️

It was about 500 yen for one and a half cups at a nearby Maruhachi. This time it was a genuine Saitama sake. It's quite mellow and my kind of sake. ☺️ The umami comes in thick. It must have been about 1500 yen at the local liquor store. The aroma is indescribably fruity. The mouthfeel is sweet, followed by a full-bodied taste. There is a distant taste of sesame seeds. It is a rare sake, but it is delicious. It is served with firefly squid with vinegared miso 🍴🙏.

A little over 900 yen for a four-pack at the Daiei. Although it is getting drunk, it is tasty with a certain mellowness. Although not as good as Asajio, it has a caramel-like flavor. It was one of the best examples that taught me that there are many delicious sakes even if they are not alcoholic.

It was about 1,700 yen for a four-pack at Seijo Ishii in Umeda. It was rare to find a sake from Gunma, so I bought it immediately. The first sip had a gorgeous apple flavor, followed by a mellow mouthfeel and a crisp finish. It is personally one of the best sake I have had in the past few bottles. Quite tasty. Highly recommended.

Visited the sake brewery in Tomita in person to purchase. The price was about 1,300 yen for a four-pack. I have been working in Takatsuki for quite a while now, but I recently learned that there is a local sake brewery in the area. Since it was a chance encounter, I was grateful to drink it. My first impression was dry, but the richness came later. It is quite tasty.

The sharpness that comes immediately seems to go well with any kind of food. It is a representative of a clean, dry sake, but it also has a richness derived from the rice.

Purchased at a nearby Maruhachi for just over 1,000 yen. It is 20 degrees Celsius and has plenty of body. The aftertaste is sweet and rich. It goes well with simmered chicken and radish. It is a wonderful sake.
