Nagasaki is the birthplace of barley shochu, so this was a good opportunity for me to try Nagasaki's sake, which I had never tried before!
The first day I opened the package, it felt too dry and harsh for me. It was 100% Yamada Nishiki and 65% polished rice, but I didn't feel the fullness. The third day I opened it, it became a little milder.
