The must was made from 39% polished "Yume-no-Ko" rice, which was originally developed by Fukushima Prefecture. The must was unrefined at low pressure and heated and quenched in a bottle for a fresh, gassy taste that is typical of Shizengo.
Mellow aroma reminiscent of muscat and ramune, with a dignified crispness in the concentrated flavor.
