29BY Manufactured in February 2007 Opened in November 2020 I don't understand it because Heisei, Seiryo and Reiwa are mixed up😑. I'd put them all in the Western calendar. 2018BY Produced in February 2019 Opened in November 2021 Found this about a month ago when I was cleaning out my room! I mean, I always thought it was shochu😅. It was around 2019 when I was drinking mainly shochu, and I don't remember why I bought this sake 🤔. Probably Hokuriku products exhibition in a department store. It's a bottle, and when I checked, it's 5,500 yen including tax😧 It had been sitting at room temperature for two and a half years, so I was anxious to open it! I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm sure you'll agree. I'm so glad I did. I was relieved at first. Sweet, bitter, and a little sour 😆 . Is this the result of 2 years of aging? It's kind of addictive😋 I've heard that sake becomes vinegar when left unattended. I heard that sake turns into "vinegar" when left unattended, but I guess that was just a myth 🙄. I can finish a whole bottle without any problems at all 😉.

This is my first Yui 😋. I've always been curious about this 😊. The design of the lapel is also kind of fascinating to me. The word "Yoshi" is inside a circle of yarn from the Yuki silk. "It expresses the wish to be a link between people, sake and the town." And that's what it says on Sarai😅. Fruity aroma Sweet 🤩 I thought it was only at the beginning and then the bitterness 😛. It's sweet and bitter, and it leaves you wanting a little more 😁.

Today is my birthday🎉! And instead of cake 🎂, it's "drinkable sweets" LA DOLCE VITA 😉. With a sake content of minus 51 degrees, I was expecting it to be like a very sweet syrup 🙄. I was expecting it to be very sweet, like a syrup, but it's not. It's quite a dark yellowish color, more like a western liquor than a sake🤔. It's definitely sweet! I'm sure it's sweet! It's like smoked food🤔. It's addictive 😻 I want to drink it after dinner🤔 I think it would go well with nuts🥜 or bitter chocolate🍫😋

Takachiyo's, cute Halloween labels 🎃 Muroka 生殖ぺぺ性まい namagen-shu🐼 Yellowish color and sweet smell. Sweet 😊. Mellow, I think it's pretty sweet! But lightly tingling on the tongue and a good sourness, refreshing! I never get tired of drinking it! Delicious😋

It's the 19th, so we opened a bottle of 19! The last 19 had a mysterious creature on the label, but this time it's a civet! A silver civet on a black bottle. Good looking 😘! It was made in March and will be aged in the refrigerator until June. After that, I wonder if it was further matured in our refrigerator until October😊. Sweet and fruity aroma. The aroma is fruity and sweet, reminiscent of pears or apples 🍎. But the taste isn't fruity, it's surprisingly bitter and tingling in the throat rather than smooth. After you get over that and swallow it, you feel the sweetness 😋.

This is a sake from Saitama, after "SAIRAI"! The note of opening the bottle But it came off when I was opening the cardboard and moving the newspaper out of the way, and I guess it was on this thing that I hung it on😅. I opened the bottle with caution! It's not hard to open a bottle😮. The color is yellowish and the aroma is sweet! I can't wait to try it 😘. A tingling sensation and a nice bitterness. You can hardly feel the sourness, and it's not as sweet as the aroma, or perhaps it's surprisingly dry🤔.

It buys it in the Hokkaido product exhibition. This was the first time they exhibited. Checked out the comments on Sake no Wa and it didn't look bad so I bought it😃. Sweet smell! When you drink it by itself, it's as sweet as it smells😊. But when you pair it with a meal (siumai in this case), the sweetness disappears. I think it was surprisingly refreshing to drink 😉.

Midori lapel and orange lapel drinking comparison😋 It was a reckless challenge😅. Just drinking and drinking and getting drunk trying to understand the difference😆. Let's compare the hiyaoroshi of Mutsu Hasen! I bought Midori and Orange, and opened them at the same time. gasp😑 It was reckless😥. It's impossible to describe the difference between the two with my tongue and expression 😣 Midori, orange, midori, orange, orange, midori, orange, midori... I tried to understand the difference somehow, I drank them one by one, and then I got drunk and fell asleep😴. It's sweeter than orange, but bitter afterwards? I wonder if it's called a crane neck shape? Even though it's only 375ml, it's taller than a 4-pack bottle. As time goes by, say an hour or so, it seems to be getting creamier and sweeter 😮. It's empty in no time 😆.

It is said to have been specially laid down for half a year (-_-)zzzz Be careful opening the bottle! A couple of times I wasn't careful enough and let the cork fly out or blow out😅. This time I opened the bottle carefully. It's a good sound. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. I was a little worried, but when I drank it, it was less sweet, swooshing, bitter and lightly sour 😋. The alcohol content is also 11 degrees, like grapefruit juice.

Hatsu Shin Tschida is 300ml size. It is quite yellowish in color. The aroma is a smoky scent like smoked cheese. It is quite sour and sweet. A little habitual feeling? But I don't hate it😊. It's a feeling I've never had before.

It's not mentioned on the label, but the liquor store slip says "once fired". The aroma alone is enough to make you say "this is a good one😍". It's clean and fruity. The sweetness comes at the beginning, but after that it has a nice bitterness. For the first time, I tried to drink it in a glass. I think it's more sweet in a small glass than a big one, which I kind of prefer🤔. I was curious about your postings, so I went back over the past two months or so, and there are a lot of Akatake posts, but not many Omachi posts😑. It's not popular? It's so delicious though 🙁.

I thought it was a sake from Tokyo because of the panda pattern. The moment I opened it, it was "the sake", and I didn't like it 😅. With time, the aroma became less noticeable, and the taste was sweet and easy to drink.
