Just top up first! I thought it tasted like "nigori" sake, but I guess it got mixed up a little 😅. The label on the back of the bottle says "shake well" and I don't think I have to worry about it spilling out, so don't worry about it mazemaze😁. Quite sludgy. But it's not too sweet, surprisingly refreshing, and easy to drink with a gentle acidity! I can drink it without getting tired of it😙. I like this type of nigori sake because it is moderate 😘. I want to try Genmai ☺️.

Hatsu Mimuro Sugi🎄 Without mixing the lees first! As soon as it is poured into the glass, it is popping.... o○. The sweetness is moderate, like drinking juice 😋. When you stir in the lees, the squashiness settles down and the bitterness mixes in 😙. Very oishiii🥰.

One of the three warehouses featured in dancyu's [Three Warehouses of Hope with Nothing but the Future]. First bite. Very sweet 😊. Then there is a freshness and acidity that you can feel tingling on your tongue. More than I expected 😉. I'm sorry I didn't buy the Spring Blossom 🌸😆. The picture on the label? looks like two moles with their heads out of the dirt facing each other 🤔.

I bought a packet 😁. I thought the label was very modern and not like sake, but as the name "Gachaman" implies, it was inspired by the blueprints of weaving 🤔. When I opened it, it smelled like when I opened a rice cooker. 😅 It is a little dry while still having a nice crisp feeling. I drank it with takeout 🍣 from Sushiro, but this level of dryness is just right for sushi 😋.

Akitsuho 507 It's 50% polished rice and uses yeast #7 😉. The fourth photo shows the cardboard box that was used for delivery when I bought this Kaze no Mori 🐾. This is what it says! The fourth photo is a cardboard box that was used for shipping when I bought the Wind Forest🐾. According to these coordinates, Akitsuho 507 《AK507》 is weak in sourness, astringency, bitterness and sweetness. My impression is also that it has a good balance of sourness, bitterness and sweetness😋.

After Futari🐰's Nigori, Tsukifumi's Ike 🌕's Nigori Sake! The aroma is estery. When you drink the top clear, it's sweet, but it's also dry😅. I would have liked to keep drinking the nigorizake, but I think I'll just have a sip of this one 🙄. It's also a bit hard to mix the lees😆. It's not easy to mix. I'm not sure if it's because it's malt? The grains are coarse. It's sweet, but also quite sour and bitter. It's 20 degrees, so it's a pretty dangerous drink 🤪. The screwdriver of the sake world🍹💀.

It's a limited edition nigorizake from Futaba🐰🐰. I couldn't open it because it was such a waste😁. Let's start with the top pile. It is refreshing, fruity and oishii🥰. I tried to mix the lees. The sweetness is very slight, and the bitterness is nice! The bitterness is a nice touch. Nigori without the sweetness is not good, right? If you're too busy drinking it, you'll fall asleep😴.

This is a one-cup bottle of Takachiyo Origari! Even though it's a one-cup, it's a Takachiyo, and it's supposed to be sweet and fruity😁. It's not as sweet as you might think, but the bitterness is more pronounced. But the cup was gone in no time 😋.

I was able to check in to Miyazaki Prefecture without chipping in 🤗. Without any particular purpose in mind, I peeked into the liquor section of a department store, and lo and behold! Chitoku😮! I'm not sure what I was going to do because my refrigerator was pretty full, but I only had two bottles, so I bought them😁. The aroma is the sake😅. The color is also a bit yellowish. Today is my best friend's birthday🎂. I couldn't go out for a cake, so I got a shortcake 🍰 drink 😋. The aroma is similar to the 51 degree sake "drinkable sweets" Okura's DOLCE that I drank before🤔. I'm sure it's very sweet😏. When I took only the supernatant, it was sweet but not as sweet as I expected. The sourness comes more than the sweetness. A yogurt drink 🐮 when mixed together A dreamy sheep🐑 with a touch of sourness 🙄. Not as sweet and easy to drink as I thought 😙.

Valentine's Day #3❤❤❤ Valentine's Day label for Takachiyo😋 Sweet smell In your mouth, it's so sweet🤩! It's like a syrup, tart and sweet! It's only 500ml but I don't know if I can finish it! It's so sweet that it makes me a little nervous 😶! As you continue to drink it, you'll notice a bitter aftertaste. I can't believe it! I can't believe it😁. The liquor store said it had a chocolate 🍫 flavor, and when I drank it with that in mind, I thought it had a hint of chocolate 🤔.

It's not sake though😅. It's a Senkou cider 🍎😘. Supper 😆. It's 6% alcohol, and the aftertaste is apple juice, but it's not nearly as sweet, and it's very sour! It's more like plums than apples 🍎👵 Is this what a cider is like? I thought it would be a little sweeter 🙄. I'm not sure if it would be good with a fatty meal like grilled meat🤔.

I love it 😘❤🔒 The second Valentine's sake is Padlock of Love❤ by Ozeyuki 😉. This is my first Ozeki. The aroma is pear🍐-like. It's sweet but not too sweet, with a nice bitterness that refreshes afterwards. I can't stop sipping it, but I'm afraid it's going to run out, so I'll stop here 😂. Today, I had an omelet with olives and a smoked tongue from the convenience store, which made me want to drink wine 🍷, but it didn't make me feel any different 😉. I think I need to get some peachy nigori too🤣.

A few bottles of heart-shaped liquor in Valentine's Day mode 🥰 The first one is "Chievijin LOVE PINK It's so pink❗! I'm surprised it's not colored, just rice and yeast😲 I took a sip of the supernatant only. Maybe it's the color, but it's kind of strawberry 🍓. It's not as sweet as I thought it would be. When mixed with lees, it looks like a strawberry🍓 smoothie😅. It's not as sweet as I thought it would be, but it has a nice bitterness to it that makes it a good food wine 😋.

It's my first Gacky 😊. Sweet and fruity fragrance🥰 It's thick and sweet but so refreshing. There's also a touch of pizzazz, maybe ramune🤔. In the aftertaste, there's quite a bit of bitterness, which goes well with the barbecue 😋. I also have a medium batch of Aizan x Yamada waiting in the fridge, so I'm excited for that one too 🤗

Young wave 🌊 The word "Waka" and the blue sea wave. I love the design of this label😘 I love this label design! The liquor store's website says it's banana🍌 flavored. I don't feel a banana 😅. On the palate, a gentle sweetness and a piquant gasp. Crisp with just the right amount of acidity 😉.

Purchased at a product exhibition in Miyagi Prefecture 😉. I was a little intimidated by the name "Otokoyama" because I thought it would be a very dry sake😅. I bought it because it was limited to 36 bottles and it came in a stylish paper bag😊. The description said it was a limited edition that you couldn't even buy at the brewery, but you can find it on the online shop😮. When I took it out of the bag, the label was pure white😲. The label is white, but there are engravings on the right and left sides. It's raw storage, but it's been burned once. In the mouth, it's slightly milky or creamy🤔. But the sweetness is quite subdued and tangy, just like the "light and slightly spicy" 😋.

The moment you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness of melon as well as green beans, but in reality, the sweetness is almost gone and the sourness is the main taste. I think it's the tartness that makes me think of melon 🤔. It's refreshing and I never get tired of drinking it. I'm in the middle of writing this post, so I'm checking in on my own 😆.

I made some taro stew today and some sake from Yamagata! I've been curious about this label😙. I didn't realize that the elephant🐘 holding the rice🌾 was called "Inazo" 😆. After swallowing it, my throat feels like drinking melon juice 😋. It seems to be a bit soft but not too sweet. The sourness and bitterness are moderate, and the overall taste is gentle.
