I made some taro stew today and some sake from Yamagata!
I've been curious about this label😙.
I didn't realize that the elephant🐘 holding the rice🌾 was called "Inazo" 😆.
After swallowing it, my throat feels like drinking melon juice 😋.
It seems to be a bit soft but not too sweet.
The sourness and bitterness are moderate, and the overall taste is gentle.
