Purchased at a product exhibition in Miyagi Prefecture 😉.
I was a little intimidated by the name "Otokoyama" because I thought it would be a very dry sake😅.
I bought it because it was limited to 36 bottles and it came in a stylish paper bag😊.
The description said it was a limited edition that you couldn't even buy at the brewery, but you can find it on the online shop😮.
When I took it out of the bag, the label was pure white😲.
The label is white, but there are engravings on the right and left sides.
It's raw storage, but it's been burned once.
In the mouth, it's slightly milky or creamy🤔.
But the sweetness is quite subdued and tangy, just like the "light and slightly spicy" 😋.
