I bought a packet 😁.
I thought the label was very modern and not like sake, but as the name "Gachaman" implies, it was inspired by the blueprints of weaving 🤔.
When I opened it, it smelled like when I opened a rice cooker. 😅
It is a little dry while still having a nice crisp feeling.
I drank it with takeout 🍣 from Sushiro, but this level of dryness is just right for sushi 😋.
