I bought it as a self-serve Valentine's Day gift. The best quality rice wine is made from Kame-no-o and polished to 60% rice, but it is treated as ordinary sake because it is made from non-standard rice. You can feel the flavor and sweetness of the rice in the beginning, and the aftertaste disappears quickly and crisply🙆️.
