Beiyuki, actually, a drink I've always been curious about! Like yesterday, I took a sip of this one and thought, "Okay, I'll let it sit for a bit..." and that's how I got here today.
As I said, this one is also mellowing out to my liking, while still retaining its weight/stimulation! I wanted to compare it with the Tsururei...(I drank it all the way through). It has more of its original character. I was told it goes well with meals, but I think it's also delicious on its own😌.
I bought today's Hokusetsuki, yesterday's Tsururei and persimmon seeds at Nespas (Niigata's antenna shop) in Omotesando, and I also bought Igoneri. I haven't opened it yet, but I'll try it together next time ✨

Thank you for your help 😄 Suddenly, I have a question for you... "Igoneri" is a seaweed (locust?). Ego?) The agar containing the agar is hardened, so is it something to eat with vinegared miso?

Good evening, Mariponne! Yes, that's right! I just looked it up and it's a Sado Island gryphon and in Niigata it's called Ego! I still haven't eaten it as of today lol, I'm imagining something like sashimi konnyaku😌

Good evening, Supoyo-san 😄 I knew it! My mother-in-law is from Niigata and she used to make this every time we had a tray. I don't make it anymore... I miss it 😆 I want to go to Nespas😆 Thank you ♡
