Japanese sake and food at Miketsubi in Matsuyama City.
I was served a recommended brand of dry sake.
The fourth glass was Izumo Fuji Junmai Ginjo Super Dry. It was the first time for me to drink this brand.
It is my first time to drink this brand, but I personally like it because of its clean and beautiful taste.
I personally like it very much. I think it is the best one I have had so far.
I think it was the best among all I drank this time. This is the first time I have had this brand, but I personally like it very much.
The three kinds of delicacies (ayu fish Uruka, oysters in salted malted rice, and konokawa), hiretu, and konokawa were served.
