I was attracted by the cool Nishikigoi label so I bought it 😗The summer sake is chilled in the fridge and has almost no aroma 🤔When I drank it, I found a good balance between the umami of rice and a little sourness, with a slight bitterness at the end 😗. It's labeled as summer sake, but it was a good sake 😄This was a delicious sake 😊.

Today I met my wife's brother for the first time in several years and had a drink outside. We went to a nearby restaurant that boasts sake and is famous for its pork shabu-shabu and oden. We had an all-you-can-drink policy, so this was the only sake we could drink, but we had a very pleasant time. It was the first time for me to drink Bikuyo. New Year's sake (2) - Women's tears When I went back to my parents' house, my father bought this sake. It seemed to be a recommendation from Aoki Shoten. With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake and it was unknown to me. When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness and gradually start to feel the alcohol, and it ends up being dry. From the naming, you would expect it to be intensely dry. It is easy to drink. There are still many sake that I do not know about, and sake is very deep.

At home. The first Ehime. Ishizuchi is the number one sake in Ehime. The aroma is a little fruity in the sake, and the mouthfeel is smooth and light. Today, I'm going to raise something I used to drink and kept proper records of. I drank it at a restaurant when I was on a business trip to Osaka and thought it was delicious, so I looked for it myself and bought it. It was labeled as dry, but it had a clean, easy-drinking taste with a slight umami flavor. It goes very well with sashimi. Very tasty! (^O^)

The alcohol content is 16 degrees, so it's more gentle than the original 😊Alcoholic aroma, sourness and umami 😚After the rich umami and a hint of sweetness, it has a clean aftertaste from the aluzoe 😇This is a delicious sake 🥳.

Purchased at Maya I've had Aizu Ryugasawa before, but this is my first Eikawa. The initial aroma is pear-like. When you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing sweetness like green apple. Not too sweet and dry, like a cider.
